Not even sure the words I have for my visit to this place. First off, when pulling up I noticed grass that was grown up around signs and parking areas that needed weed eating and various trash laying around. Inside was not very clean at all. The machines were all full of overflowing cigarette butts and ashes and even on the machines themselves. Machines weren't hitting at nothing. None of them. I tried several even with different bets. Then upon leaving. A hump in the floor between the casino room and the part that led back to the entrance. I stumbled on that hump, tried to catch myself not to fall asleep I suffer from a chronic bone infection and could be deadly if I injure any joints or bones. I fell very hard face first. There were workers very close by, none of which seemed concerned of my well being.. my boyfriend rushed to help me up and not one person offered us any help! The only time they said a word was when he got me up we rushed to the door leaving. That is when they hollered out where were we going and I had to fill out an accident report, I knew I was injured badly and told them I didn't have time. Never asked if I needed an ambulance. THERE WAS NO SIGN ANYWHERE SAYING WATCH YOUR STEP!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

It would be extremely nice if they made the upstairs non-smoking like they did before, it is not fair to have the whole place open for smoking. Other casinos have a designated area that is non-smoking why can't you. That space upstairs is not very big the machines are too close together near the video poker. We always enjoy playing video poker there, but it makes it unbearable when someone's is blowing cigar smoke in your face, as well as cigarette. Please consider making it non-smoking thank you.

This was a fun and pleasant casino. The variety of slots was amazing and the workers were all so helpful and friendly. It was kind of nice that when you ordered food they announce it ready over the loud speakers so you don’t have to wait there in the cafe space to get your food hot. I will definitely be going there again.

The selection of slot machines was truly impressive, and the staff members were all incredibly helpful. However, my experience was marred by the behavior of two security guards who were extremely rude. One of them had short black hair and was walking with another woman. They completely ignored me for several minutes, and when they finally acknowledged me, the woman was incredibly disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome. I'd recommend the games but the guards should totally get disciplinary action!

An older establishment. Had a horrible smell walking up to it and just inside the enter/exit doors. Upgrades have been made, so it is improving a little bit at a time. Would be nice to have a hotel or maybe cabin rentals overlooking the river attached.

The past few visits there weren't exciting. The restaurant's weren't open either time or the coffee shop. There weren't any credits added to my membership card like I would expect because they usually send an advertisement in the mail every month with credits or prizes or add credits for anniversary dates or birthday's and all I had was like close to $3.00 that was converted from thousands of points earned while playing. Didn't win on any slot machines, not even enough to keep me wanting to spend my money. The entertainment value is way down considerably.

I was reprimanded by a security officer for taking photos in the casino. I was unaware of the policy, and the security guard with dark hair was extremely impolite and disrespectful about the situation! I was in the wrong but it could've been handled better

Didnt have the biggest casino, main floor was decent, not much for table games but nice with allot of slot machines for the amount of room they had to work with. The slots upstairs had some issues with working correctly few of them buttons didnt work right calibrations were off and management didnt seem to care nor remberse for our losses do to them not workin the way they should of! That was the worst part of it all
