I'm not a gambler. I gamble every day with my life when I get out of bed. It's a pretty cool spot though. Ended up here looking for a brewery. Had a beer. Service was top notch. Bar was ok. Can't complain.

Very cool experience here. Here for a work conference, and chose to stay here as my first time in KC. Room was clean and fresh, had everything I needed, and the staff was helpful. I didn't get to do any of the casino amenities, but it all seemed bright and shiny!

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Slot machines did their job (took my money, of course). Was disappointed that the blackjack pit was closed at 11 AM with no clear info on when it would open, so I left earlier than planned. Overall, a good experience but could be better with more reliable table game hours.

We did a Thursday dinner time walk-in got a double queen no smoking on the fourth floor excellent room very nice hotel and very good gaming floor. If This is typical of all the Ameristar will look for more of them in our travels. Very good mix of games of old and new on the floor with many machines with a good minimum bet requirement. Only drawback is midweek close of the restaurants but what's open is certainly adequate. We based our stay more on hotel reviews than on gaming reviews.

We visited the casino. Likes are spacious casino, drink stations, and staff aggressively cleaning machine areas. Dislikes are the bathrooms could use a little more attention and this casino probably has their machines set tighter than other local casinos.

Have stayed here multiple times. Rooms are nice. Always clean and stocked. Quiet, you don't hear your neighbors through the walls. Will return often.
