Cant miss the tomahawk steak and home made bread and butter. Servers are very attentive specially Mel. We specifically always ask for him when we come here.

Really funny how you guys tell me to contact you to look better but leave no contact info. I left a picture of my players card. But to whom should I send the info you are asking. Well I was a gold member and have been going to valley view for decades but recently was told my business was no longer needed because the security saw something in my car. I was no where near my car mind you, this guy was just looking in cars. It wasn't just a quick glance he had to really be looking as I didn't even see it. He saw a pipe that I didn't even realize someone left in my car that no one was in. I was told to leave after thousands of dollars and years of bringing friends and claiming valley view was the best. I literally feel more ripped off now then all the money I've lost there. Ive spent more than that guy makes a week in a few hours. Barona which is about 30 minutes further has my business now and they appreciate me it seems. F u valley view. Here's my card so you know I'm not just full of it. Since they booted me I've become platinum at Harrahs and Barona and gold a Viejas. I used to love valley view and am fully aware my business is nothing to them but now I will tell everyone I know and more how horribly they treat loyal customers. Buffet has gone downhill too. 5 stars to negative stars.

The buffet is good and clean. You do need a Players Club Card 2nd tier and up to enter but your guest don't as long as you have one. You choose 4 items from the menu at a time, and the server brings it to you. A lot more sanitary than everyone touching the serving utensils.

I love that this casino is closer to home than all others. In a short 20 minutes drive we are parked and ready to hit the slots. Like anyone who frequents any specific casino, we have our favorite slot machines. Although this is not a non-smoking casino, there is a decent size non smoking section unlike the mere seven slots at Golden Acorns Casino where their non smoking section is a joke.

We get free meal tickets, free play, and are eligible for gifts. While other casinos also offer this, that privilege is revoked after missing a few months of playing there while catching up to life’s bills. Valley View Casino did not penalize us like that. Yes, they offered less money values after a six month absence, but they offered us a generous welcome back all the same. Better than all the others. All. The. Others

Thought I would try the casino. Went to book a room. Appears you can only book a room if you are a member of the Players Club. That’s fine. Went to join Players Club with the “Learn More” button and nothing happens after multiple attempts on iPhone and desk top. VVC apparently makes it very hard to give them money.
In follow-up, per Casino review response, called casino. You have to come in to casino and sign up for Players Club. Then you have to play and earn enough points to let you make a reservation. It is the least customer friendly policy I’ve encountered in recent times. Silly. I’ll go to another casino.
