Today, Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at night, I visited The Silver Palm, and I would like to call for reflection to the owner of this place, because the lady who works there and who was precisely and unfortunately on duty today, is an unpleasant person,and also rude to the people who go there to play and try to relax and have a good time, she is a lady with a very bad character and treats people like garbage, not only me have felt treated that way, there are many people that share the same impression and the unpleasant experience that every time that employee is on shift, we have to put up with her mistreatment and her laziness to change the tickets, sometimes we have to wait for her because she has been talking and doesn't realize that there are people waiting for her to change the tickets… on several occasions she has been rude to my son who is 24 years old, he is autistic but he is a very good player and he is a decent boy and he loves going to Silver Palm, on several occasions I have talked to her and I have explained my son's condition to her, but she does not even pay attention to what I explain and has humiliated him several times. I realized that her ignorance leads her to not understand even normal people. It is impossible to wait then that she can understand people with disabilities, I would like someone please! check the cameras and verify everything that happened tonight, my son was waiting for her to attend to the person who was ahead of him in line, but he Due to his condition, is a little shy and distances himself from people, but he was there waiting to change a ticket, there were only two people,after about 7 o 10 minutes more people joined and she thought that I was not looking at her, then she started yelling at my son and demanding that he get to the back of the line, my son doesn't even speak English, he couldn't understand what she was demanding of him, she knew perfectly well that my son had been there for a while. He had been waiting in line for about 10 or 15 minutes and it seemed abusive and unfair that she ordered him to stand at the end of the line, since there were already more than 4 additional people in line and that they had also arrived long after he had been there. , however that lady told me to keep my mouth shut and told me to get out of there and that I could never enter this place again because I simply complained about the mistreatment of a person with a disability and I told her that she was a very rude person and that she mistreated all the people who went to that place, she humiliates people, she has also done it with my son, with my friends, she does it mostly with the Latinos.Almost all the people who visit the silver palm have a very bad opinion of this lady, who unfortunately damages the image and comfort of this place. I would like the the owner or a manager take some action with this lady, because she is disrespectful and mistreats the general public. I don't think people like that contribute anything positive to a place like this; where the employees must be kinder and more respectful to the people who come to The Silver Palm looking for a nice and relaxing place to spend a pleasant time, however, this lady is causing a total rejection for the place, there are many people who come to the parking lot and When they realize that she is the one on duty, they go to another cacino;because she is an extremely unpleasant person, I hope someone takes action on this matter, because with people like that lady, very few or no person will feel comfortable visiting The Silver Palm I am sure and I have also verified that the owner of this place has put all his effort and sacrifice to make it a pleasant and welcoming place and it is regrettable that people like this woman cause losses and bad reputation for your business…… I like this place ❤️and I would rate it 5 stars for the owner, but this employee doesn't deserve it
