Around 8pm I sat down to play video poker near the bar, and proceeded to hear the employees at the bar talking trash about me and calling me stupid. As a large man with distinctive features I am already self conscious, and I didn’t appreciate the king adding to it. It seemed very unprofessional and toxic. I feel bad for other customers as I assume they talk badly about everyone. It ruined the experience for me and I left shortly after. I gave two stars because I have had positive experiences there in the past.

Decent Casino but the smell is not ideal.. it has a musty old stench to it. They have a lot of great games and bartenders though! And the staff seem pretty nice.

Unbelievable experience! Love the atmosphere. Buffet is the best in town by far! Nikki from Food and Beverage was so accommodating to my mother in law and was able to assist in her needs. Highly recommend to all those who want to have fun!

I earned a free buffet and was happy to see they have the all you can eat crab legs again. They were really good. And they had a good variety of desserts as well.

The bartender Kim gave me such a great experience. She is truly one of the best bartenders I've ever had. Downstairs I won on Dragon Link for over $1000. Staff was generous and truly their care for the job showed. Even in past visits the staff was so accommodating and very friendly. One of the best casinos in the US let alone in Colorado.

Had a wonderful visit to the Lodge this past weekend. The buffet was small but worth it if you love crab legs. Richard at the main bar was super friendly, between him and the lucky machine at his bar, overall a great time!

Customer Service is great, especially Arthur. He was such a nice professional manager that helped me understand how the points worked for new players. I would recommend this place because of people like him.

I don't get to gamble often, it was a birthday gift to go this time. I don't think the buffet is worth $52 a person, but I wouldn't know because we didn't pay that price. Seems like there's more tables than slots
