Thank y'all for the great customer service. We were a little nervous buying a machine for home, but y'all made it all easy. We probably bought the least expensive machine, but were treated as if it was a higher end machine. We're really enjoying playing Cleopatra at home and will probably be coming back soon for another machine.

Find someone else to do business with. Not sure why my last review was taken down? My machine was dropped off unattended and severally damaged. They made me take parts out, pay to ship them back and then charged me freight to get my undamaged machine.
The lady at the shop talks down to you like your a child. She yelled at someone in the shop as I was talking to her on the phone. One of my top 2 worst customer service issues of all time. Thinking about going BBB.
**update 9/2022 - BBB can't do anything because the business never got back to them?!? Unreal, then BBB should give them a 1 star!!

My favorite slot machine is here!! From shipping all the way to actually getting to play has been a great experience.
Lily’s communication during sales was excellent and although I experienced some hiccups with my used machine, Their technical support with Brian over the phone was able to smoothly guide me back into having a blast with my fully functioning Triple Diamond slot machine.

These guys are great! Super easy transaction and great communication. Everything from the purchase to the delivery to my door went smooth. They shipped from Ohio to Oregon two machines in a few days. The service and machines exceeded my expectations.

I bought a machine from this place and believe me it will be the last. The lady talked to be like I was stupid because I didn't know things about buying a slot machine. I wanted for my personal use not as a business so no I didn't t know things a professional buyer would know. And I think it was a better way of saying it than making a person feel stupid. I would not advise anybody to buy from this place.out for money instead of repeat business. You got my money but sure as he'll not my repeat business nor referrals.
