Just purchased 2 machines from here recently. This makes 9 machines in total I have purchased from Chris in the last eight years for home entertainment use. Chris has always been good to work with even when problems with the machines have occurred by either taking care of the issue if it was close enough to the purchase date, or being able to get replacement parts at a reasonable price. Keep in mind these are “used” machines and buying one of these machines and expecting “new” is unrealistic. These last two I purchased were HUGE and a challenge to get into the house, but I love them!

I have purchased 2 machines in the past year. They made the process very easy. The sales associate (Avery) is very knowledgeable on the products and made by buying experience very simple. Once my machine was delivered, I had a very small issue with the machine (expectable with any kind electronics) I had contacted one of their tech guys and he walked me through all the troubleshooting steps and fixed the issue within a couple minutes. Very good customer service even after making my purchase! I'm excited to make a few more purchases through them. Thanks SMU! I can only give 5 stars, but I would definitely give more if it allowed me to!

Years ago, I bought several older slot machines from a guy selling them from the back of his truck at Pheasant Run in IL. I've had really good luck with them. He is retired now, and his son has taken over the business. It's called Slot Machines Unlimited Inc in Ohio, and Chris Day is the owner. So I decided it was time to buy another slot machine. I shopped around and found the one I wanted at Chris' business. I talked to Chris and he stated it would take 7-10 business days to refurbish the one that I wanted to buy. So I bought it, and he actually had it done and ready to ship in 3 days. I had my machine within one week of purchasing it! It looks like a brand new slot machine, and everything works on it. By the way, excellent packaging for shipping! I had a couple of questions, called their tech, and he returned my call ASAP. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else to buy a slot machine. They really know their business. This company is top-notch on pricing, quality and their customer service. I am very impressed! Thank you for all your help.
PS. Even though Chris' dad is retired, I have called him for help on my older machines. He is always very helpful and answers my questions. Now that's great service!!!
