As always, great service. Received an email with a pic of the tech that was was scheduled. Will arrived on time and was able to complete the job. Pricing was very fair and matched estimate that was previously provided. Very satisfied with overall experience with Sippin.

My tech, Holvin, showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem accurately and had my heat back in working order quickly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable. I would recommend him and this company to anyone for fuel and service.

Mark arrived in a short period of time, introduced himself , and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and quickly made it right. I have never had a problem with Sippin service, any issues I've had were always resoled quickly, and professionally.

I am a little late with my reply. I believe our tech was Chris He corrected a heat balance issue that we have had for a couple of years. He stayed with is until it was right. It was the first time that he was at our home. We appreciate his work ethic and professionalism.

I’ve observed that this year my AC produces less cold than it used to. As Sippin energy covers my heating needs, I’ve decided to go straight to them with this issue.
Yesterday serviceman arrived take a look, said that AC is old and requires a bit of refrigerant, but as it’s r-22 Sippin wouldn’t help me. Which is okay and absolutely reasonable, but after the service - fan on my AC started to rotate in opposite direction which resulted into overheating and emergency shutoff.
Next day other serviceman came and fixed the issue, but this review ends up with 2 stars as I had to stay without cooling overnight at this heatwave period due to Sippin action. Not 1 star coz it was fixed. We’ll see am I going to pay for second service though.
Update:
Sippin representative gave me a call and stated that after investigation they’ve decided that as first service resulted in outage, they aren’t going to charge for that nor for fix service.
Updated to 4 stars as I respect whenever someone is ready to take full responsibility for own mistakes.
Update 2.
Thanks to breaker my house didn’t burn today.
As second technician rewired everything to be properly color coded I’m going to blame him - wires near the group of contacts (see photo) managed to short circuit over night, which triggered my AC breaker and fortunately didn’t end up in fire.
I’m going to find third party electrician to fix that issue, I wouldn’t trust Sippin anymore, also believe it’s time to find other oil supplier.

This is a very satisfied follow-up to yesterday's post/review. I got a call from Eric Sippin, who explained that he could put us back on degree-day monitoring and that with our history, it would be very accurate. They're extending the no-run-out guarantee as well. This is what it means to be a family business: Completely responsive. Up until now, things have been always good with them, and now they are again. Problems happen in any business; it's how you solve them, and they did that right.
