I recently visited this establishment to get a new player's card. I asked two workers how to earn points, and they assured me I could play anything, including table games. Trusting their advice, I played table games for 2.5 hours, even losing some money, thinking I was earning points.

Afterward, I went to check my points at the kiosk, but it showed zero. I asked a pit boss how long it takes for points to show up, and they told me 10-15 minutes. I waited, grabbed a drink, and checked again—still zero points. Frustrated, I returned to the desk where I got my card and spoke with a different employee. She informed me that table games don't count toward points. When I explained that two other workers had told me otherwise, she admitted they were wrong but said there was nothing she could do to fix it.

I even asked if they could credit me with the 100 points, but she said her hands were tied. The card they gave me didn’t mention anything about points being limited to slots, so the misinformation was frustrating.

Bottom line: Beware—staff may give you incorrect information, and they won’t take responsibility or make it right. Very disappointing experience.

Update #1: I emailed them as requested, but initially didn’t get a response. However, after following up with the general manager, I finally received a reply.

Update #2: I went back to the store, and the employee I spoke to was shocked by what had happened. She even said, “Unless they lied in the email,” but when I showed her the email and the facts, everything lined up. She ended up helping me, although she had a bit of an attitude. I get that everyone has tough days, but if you’re in customer service, you should be able to leave that at the door.

Only went to casino and buffet a couple times, I forget the manager’s at the buffet but he was a tall white guy, super cool guy he was very nice and helpful to myself and my lady, the buffet was great, it’s just they should do a little remodeling or a simple extremely deep cleaning. Something in those booth seats ate us up pretty good, they were pretty dirty and our waitress,, well maybe she went on break who knows, but we had a table full with no assistance for a while even a refill took a min but we still tipped!!! Other than that silver slipper is just really old and has potential to be even greater if they just renovate or remodel!!!

Had the buffet there and I believe me and my significant other got food poisoning!!! We were both sick as a dog..not to mention the room was not clean. When we arrived there was a sign that they was out of dungeon crabs and the food that they did have tasted old. The waitress was nice but other than that nothing was nice or good. There were stains in the shower and room was dingy. Had a bad experience. One star rating, if I could give a 0 I would.

Great as usual! Buffet was awesome! especially the shrimp and snow crab legs! Still no Dungeness crabs! too bad! try the Tamales and Tacos! theres lIFE after Dungeness crab legs! the Ribs and Rib eye steak were incredible too! then for dessert theres Cherry kobbler pie and soft ice cream! YUM!!! be back Wednesday! Nice King non smoke room too! with Gulf Mexico view of sun rising and no hurricanes in site for us today!

Wonderful place. The pool area is beautiful, clean. Always a bar tender on sight. Great buffet Alwaysfresh and clean. . Rooms are clean and nice. A large TV in behind the bar to watch football on Sunday afternoon It's my home away from home. Love this place.

Wonderful time. The room was really nice and tastefully done, with a large window overlooking the bay. It has everything you may need but will gladly provide anything you may have forgotten. The queen bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect. They have one of the best buffets on the coast but also have great restaurants in case you don’t care for buffets. The infinity pool is unbelievably pretty, with comfortable reclining chairs all around, even in the pool itself. The drinks and food are delicious at a very reasonable price. I really cannot wait to visit again.

Very clean and comfortable and connected to the casino. We used the special that included one-night stay with two buffets. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely would recommend this hotel and casino on the beach in Bay St Louis, MS.
