A hidden gem! Had the pleasure of going here to kill some time. The staff are absolutely wonderful. It’s a very clean, relaxing, and inviting space. Will definitely be making it a tradition to come here when visiting. Won a mini jackpot within 20 minutes. Thank you senior chuckies!

Staff very friendly, clean and staff is knowledgeable about all machines and how they work. I have enjoyed the music n complimentary beverages. This place has been very lucky for me! Played the King Kong Game, won $400 and only put in a $20 bill. Super stoked! Throughout the couple hours I was there continued to win off n on!! I have returned and always at the very least play and have fun and always have won a little r more! GREAT PLACE!!

We were on a double date and looking for something fun to do. This place looked nice on the outside so we decided to check it out. Entering the place was very bright and not at all welcoming. No one greeted us upon entering. There were two women standing behind the counter staring at us, so we approached them and right away they demanded for each of our driver's license. I thought they wanted to ensure that we were 21+ but she ended up making copies of them without our consent. When we questioned her about why she needed a copies she said "for security reasons." I found this odd since we've gone to several local arcades and none of them have done this. I told her that for our security reasons, I don't feel comfortable with her having copies of our drivers license(s) and if I knew that she was going to make copies if we would have simply gone somewhere else. Her response was "oh well". We looked around the place and there was nothing impressive for inviting so we ended up leaving. I don't feel like the staff is very accommodating and they come off extremely rude and cold with poor customer service. We went there about 9 p.m. and the place is practically dead, only three other people inside. I definitely will not return to this place and I do not recommend it.

Absolutely pleasant staff, fun and very clean environment. Complimentary beer, wine, chips, cookies while you play. Great incentives to return ( Tuesday ladies day, complimentary hour brunch on Sundays). It's not the Hardrock, however, it's a nice convenient entertaining spot to go and have some slot fun. The attendant whom worked last night (9/9) was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for making my mom's night so much fun! Sorry I didn't get your name. KUDOS TO YOU!!! BEWARE!! I WENT THERE A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE ,ALI BABBA, MACHINE I WAS PLAYING WAS UP TO 20$. I CASHED MY TICKET OUT AND THE TICKET SAID 3. DOLLARS!! I ASKED THE LADY WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE SAID OH WELL ILL WRITE IT UP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT GET MY 20$. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AFTER CHECKING THE GAME AND CAMERA I SAID OF COURSE PLEASE CALL ME. NO CALL YET! AFTER FORGETTING ABOUT IT AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS I WAS DRIVING BUY AND SAW THE SAME PLACE BUT HAD FORGOTTEN I WAS HERE. EVEN AFTER WALKING IN I THOUGHT I WAS THERE BEFORE BUT NIO BIG DEAL. I WAS NIT AFTER THE SAME MACHINE SPIT OUT A TICKET FOR 2 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 17$!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD WRITE IT UP!!!! That’s when I realize that I have been here before and had the same machine screw me once earlier. We’re not talking about thousands of dollars here folks we’re talking about 30 bucks that was refused to me even though they have cameras and can check those machines to see what last payout should’ve been. All I’m saying is before you step in to this place beware that your machines are not working properly and they will not reimburse you for any money that you may have had on that machine. I do not expect to be called back just like I wasn’t called back for the first $20 so I’m a chalk it up. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Today I received a call from the owner named Louis. It was very professional and he rectified the situation. I really appreciate his quick response and will give it some thought to come back in the future. Both of the ladies I spoke to today were very courteous. Once again they rectify the situation and I am very very satisfied with the outcome!

This is such a nice place. I loved being able to talk to the people around me. They offer complimentary beer, wine snd snacks, as long as your gambling. Such a clean environment and beautiful surroundings, very comfortable place.
I really liked the music they were playing. The hostess was fun, and funny too. Ive been around alot of these "only slot games" casinos. This is the nicest and largest one i've seen so far. I'll definatly be back.
