I'm from Lawton, Oklahoma, and I've been to all the casinos out there to try my best of luck to win, and going to this one outside of Chickasha Oklahoma felt kinda different on Monday. Not many people on that night, This place was big and very beautiful, gorgeous from the inside out. They have a bar in the middle of a circle surrounded by all casino slots, a food place.
on the right side, so you can eat burgers and wings, whatever you feel like eating and for the smokers out there. Yes, this place allows smoking.
If you sign up for their players' club, you get a free chocolate bar as well.
So, my experience on this place was very good, because how they keep this place clean and architech, beautiful.
It may not be the best casino out there in Oklahoma, But its lease worth visiting.

Lantana Helm

I love this casino. You can smoke cigarettes anywhere in the casino so no smokers may not like it but it's never smoky in there. They sell the cigarettes and candy at regular prices, not jacked up prices like most casino gift shops. They give you Freeplay monthly and on Fridays there's a bonus. It's worth driving from Lawton.

They removed one of only two promotions that were profitable for the gambler. They say it was for the month of December, but we will see if they've removed it permanently. ALL of the other Chickasaw promotions are merely attempts to start or strengthen a gambling addiction.

I once waited for over a half hour when the machine broke and then had a manager named Mark walk away from me when I had the audacity to question how well he supported his staff. If any of my oilfield managers EVER turned their back to a client, they would be unemployed. Rural casinos are NOT a customer service industry as portrayed in commercials. They are a throughly calculated and executed exercise in addiction, mental health, fiscal sociology. At their best, they are a free soda and a Veteran's Day t-shirt.... all other times, they incentivize the most vulnerable and capitalize on a whole range of mental illness from simple loneliness to complex impulse control disorders. Do not take my word for it, ask ANY psychologist, economist, or drug dealer.

On a positive, the game techs and security officers at this particular casino are all TERRIFIC and do NOT reflect on the otherwise strikingly poor level of customer service displayed by a lone floor manager.

Driving onto the casino property feels like driving into a resort. The machine selection is awesome for every taste and budget. The staff is friendly, the fork cafe has excellent food, every month we get free plays, and a free combo basket. I love the grilled cheese sandwich and fries! Awesome place!

It was fun, nice staff, and machines let you have little wins so you play longer. Instead of the type that leaves you feeling like you're getting knocked over the head and your pockets ran or where your visits so short, you're in and out like a well planned robbery

I took my oldest daughter to the casino since she recently turned 18 and the novelty of going to the casino is something new and fun for her to try. So as soon as we got there we went to the players club. The lady we encountered not once smiled or welcomed us to the casino (even after telling the lady it was her 1st time coming to Salt Creek) she was not rude but she was definitely not welcoming and I felt like we were bothering her by signing up for a players card. Needless to say, we said thank you and stepped away from her asap. Aside from her encounter we had fun playing the games and even got to win a bit. As a kid I worked as a cashier and game tech at a casino and the 1 thing I feel like we were striving for was to provide top notch customer service. So I am very aware of a person working in customer service. She failed in my eyes in that area. That was the only downside to this visit to Salt Creek Casino

Well I didn't win so ... Nice quaint casino compared to the mammoth down the road. Good variety of newer slots and a few mechanical reels.
