Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon while visiting family and friends. This casino is small but nice. I love slots and my significant other is a poker man. Unfortunately there were no live dealer tables here and maybe that's a NY thing as there was no live poker or a poker room. The majority of the floor is slot machines which is nice. They have all the updated and latest slot machines compared to some in AC or the Mohegan casinos. The space itself is actually really nicely designed and decorated. It wasn't busy at all when we went which was nice. Parking was easy as there is plenty available outside. I liked that it was smoke free because stinky casino's are unpleasant. They check your id at the door which was different but a fast process none the less.

This is a great little casino with lots of parking right outside of its doors. They squeezed the casino into one of the anchor stores of a local mall here in Newburgh. Unlike so many other casinos, every Slot machine and electronic table game here is in perfect working condition with all of this sounds, touchscreens and displays working properly. the casino and bathrooms are always spotlessly clean and all of the staff from security to waitresses to custodial are all upbeat and friendly. Great place to hang out and relax for a few hours any night!

Don't trust & use the Coin Exchange Machine. I hand-counted $7 carefully & dropped the coins in. The machine rejected a dime & a penny making my receipt read $6.89. The Cashier was not helpful when explaining what happened. Also, really dislike certain Security Doormen, I'll be a regular & they run the ID the first time but, the next time they'll run it again despite recognizing me, wasting more time when I want to get in & out. The exit turnstiles open too slow as a final negative experience.

A small casino, 80% of the floor is occupied by slot machines. It is smoke free and went there Saturday night around 10pm, it was busy but plenty of parking was available.

Dropped in just to drop a lil money, butttt, I never win at resort world. I have better luck at mohegan sun. The rooms was very nice. Pool was great. It was fun.. but would like to come out ahead just once. But massive fun

I’ve been coming to this casino for over a year now. What started off as a hit or miss win, turned into lose after lose. I’m talking $3-400 in and $0 out. Not one bonus. The people that come out for drinks are NO WHERE to be found, ever. Not to mention the ATMs are out of service way too often, leaving you to wander all throughout the casino looking for another. During my time here, I’ve earned my way up to a silver card.. which claims to give you more loyalty rewards and gifts. When first receiving this card, I was getting roughly $80 in free play at a time. I come here multiple times a week and only get $5 to $10 now Sometimes my friends or family with a standard RED CARD get more free play than I do!! Ridiculous!! The 2 stars are for the nice staff. I’ll respectfully be spending my time and money elsewhere!

Stay away from this casino especially for the drawings for gift cards,cash or cars. They pick local people to win and not people with lots of entries or play all the time. They lost me as a player. Save your money go to MGM or Mohegan sun. The staff is nice but other than that it's a waste.
