I found Real Deal Casino Parties online and didn't realize the company is located in Hillsborough county. I am in Palm Beach County. If you're not in their county they subcontract, which should be a non-issue for a customer. BUT I had to deal with the subcontracted dealer calling me an hour before the party, telling me she's late but will be there before the party starts and then proceeded to tell me that the owner of Real Deal didn't pay her for my event yet or a previous event. She stated she wouldn't ruin my event by not coming, but wished I had paid her directly instead of Real Deal. Completely unprofessional to bring me into their financial drama. When the dealer arrived, she was aggressive and entitled with my husband to make the caterer move their car full of food, because she was there first and needs to setup her tables. Then comes in with me and immediately wants to talk about her pay issue with Real Deal again. Had to listen to it at the end of the party and then later on, I had guests telling me that the dealer sat at the table disclosing to them about all the dealer's woes from foreclosure to other personal issues. The next morning, I'm immediately dealing with her calling me saying she still hasn't gotten paid and that Real Deal said they didn't get paid by me yet for the balance. I had many vendors, so I didn't know if it was true or not so I checked my acct. It was accurate and Real Deal sent me an updated invoice. I paid it and told the subcontracted dealer. She said I should pay her directly and check with Real Deal. I said no, I paid Real Deal. That was the end of it, besides her asking me for a review for her company. I did 'yes' her to death just to avoid drama.

I will absolutely not hire either companies ever in the future, because their financial arrangements should not be disclosed and I should not have to deal with that garbage drama. Dealer had showed me pics of damaged tables and said that is what I would have gotten if Real Deal brought their own tables to my party. Classless Drama.

This company is AMAZING! I booked them for my husbands 40th surprise party and they did not disappoint! They set up early so I had time to get the rest of the house ready before guests arrived. The dealers were amazing and fun! They stayed late bc we were having so much fun! They gave an awesome military discount and even sent us personalized playing cards with our picture from the event!

I really loved working with this company to plan a casino party! They had great communication and came early to set up for the party. They also helped us to plan what entertainment would work best for the party and had great prices compared to other companies in the area. I really LOVED how they brought the party to you. With the casino props included, our guests felt like they were walking into a real casino! We received so many compliments on the decor of the party. Overall, I would definitely use them again in the future. This would be a wonderful company for home or corporate events.

I was so excited when I started dealing with this company, as they seemed very professional. I paid for three tables and three dealers to come to my daughter‘s engagement party, but only two dealers showed up. I tried calling the owner and he conveniently didn’t answer my phone calls all night long. He gave me a refund, but a refund doesn’t really help when the party was kind of ruined when all my guests had to share only two tables to play on. It was really disappointing.

What a great company! Emilio was great with communication and was very helpful. He gratefully booked with me at the very last min! It was my husband 40th birthday and having the casino games made it extra special! My guests felt very comfortable and safe as my black jack dealer wore a mask.
