Long time Staff like family but sadly most have moved on Getting to know new staff if they stay long enough as the policy seems to be big brother us watching you. Was paid £7-50 short about 12 times on a £12_50 pay out received fiver instead was witnessed by staff and seen on camera and reported to head office many times with no compensation. left my card in a few machines to get extra bonus points to make up for loss only to go and collect £35 bonus and to find my membership was frozen that was last September an 80 years of age and many times just forgot to take my card with me. Am still used the Shaftesbury Square arcade as all the many friends I have made we are like a big family and look out for each other still meet daily there are many more gaming places in the area but it there is my halfway house .There were several other members suffered the same as I have and there must be a time limit to any restrictions think over 6 months us enough

Absolutely rubbish ? me and my wife went there about 4 nights on the go we lost over 2k and didn't even get anything wouldn't recommend to anyone, but the workers are incredibly nice
