Took mom's out for mothers day and a few family members.
Staff always nice enough
Got the feeling like winners might be predetermined when certain people win 2 times in the same day in a room full of hundreds of people; maybe the winners are determined based on how much that person spends at the place when buying in or maybe a plant by the casino? Maybe time for me to check into who regulates the gaming in the bingo part of the business?
One of our group won some money in the casino slot so we all didn't loose completely.
Seats and tables seem dated and an afterthought but led lights above table heights seem modern.
Restrooms are clean and the water fridges in the room are well stocked.
Water/Soda/coffee/tea to drink from the self dispense fountains
potential winning from $100 to $2000
Price $190 per person (seems a bit high), you could have put that in Gamestop meme stock and doubled your income instead in 1 day.
Game time 4pm to 8:30pm
2-2024 No more Smoking YEEEEEEAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Only get residual smoke walking through the slot machine area.
Sunday bingo: $50 a person minimum to rent a tablet
winnings range from $100 - $1100 on overage per game
Free dispensed: soda/water/tea/lemonade and coffee
Session starts at 2pm (doors open at 11am if you want to stare at walls and mostly empty tables)
Starts to fill up around 12:45pm-1pm

We were excited to go to Black friday Bingo. Our daughter’s first time at Morongo Bingo arrived early to stand in line while we were on our way. I told her to get our seats than stand in line. She is a newbie and asked the manager Ivan if she could put her stuff down to secure a table for four prior to purchasing our cards, he said no. He said, You have to purchase your cards first. When I arrived my daughter was almost in front of line. I noticed people coming in and putting there personal items down on tables prior to purchasing their cards to reserve their spots which I have done many times before. I could not get out of line due to being in front. After purchasing we started to look for seats but there none for four. I asked Ivan if he could help us and he said no but good luck for finding seats. I questioned him why he told my daughter she could not put her personal items down to reserve an area for four, when it’s obvious he was letting others do it. He shook his shoulders and said he has no control over it and we can not seat in those seats. I am the only one that can move people. I asked him if he would help us. He said No. He did not like me questioning him. He started to be on a power trip and became very rude and sarcastic. I ssked the Bingo girls which were extremely nice if we could seat in the tribal seating. They said after 6 pm if nobody shows up. We found a place for three of us and my husband, daughter and her husband sat there. I found a seat two tables over next to a tribal table to wait so at 6 if no one shows we could move and seat together. He purposely took people from the waiting list from outside the Bingo parlor that did not arrive early but were on a waiting list and sat them purposely down next to me in the tribal seating. They were not connected to tribal at all because I would asked them. They were a group of 6 that wanted to seat together. I moved to another area next to another tribal table a few seats down from my group. He saw me and knew we wanted to seat together and would purposely seat non tribal people next to me in tribal seating where I was waiting so we could not seat together. I would ask each time if they were connected to tribal and they would say no Ivan just put us here. When I asked him about it. He said sarcastically to me maybe if you knew somebody tribal you can call or ask them to seat there. He was on some type of power trip now. He was rude to me in front of my guests. I was humiliated and embarrassed. My daughter asked me why do I come here and should not come here again. I spoke to his supervisor and explained what happened. He apologized and said he should not have spoken to me that matter but I don’t think anything was said to Ivan or they cared.
I also want to mentioned Tiffany in the cashier both was very rude and not informative. When I approached the window she states what do you want? She says $85 or $150. I said I don’t understand but she just had a stoned faced like she didn’t care or want too. Half way through Bingo session, my daughter noticed three of us only had 36 cards. When I took our receipt to a different cashier he knew it was Tiffany that helped us. He said she should have explained for $10 more we could get 300 cards. We have spoke to her about this cause I was not the only one that complained. My daughter was helped by a different cashier at which he explained to her and she got the 300 cards. Not everybody is knowledgeable in Bingo facts. I wish I would have taken them to Fantasy Springs. I will never bring friends or family or come here myself again.

My companion and I visited your establishment, arriving at approximately 6:10 PM, and promptly seated ourselves at an unoccupied table. Shortly thereafter, an employee named Betty approached us, accusing us of moving a reserved sign—a claim we denied.
Betty's demeanor was confrontational and dismissive; she refused to engage in a civil discussion, instead opting to reprimand us as though we were children. This interaction was not only shocking but also deeply disrespectful.
Later, we sought to communicate our displeasure to a manager, who offered an apology. However, any potential resolution was undermined when Betty passed by our table, glaring at us rather than extending the courtesy of an apology.
I must disclose that I had indeed moved the reserved sign, unaware of the protocol. However, Betty's approach to the situation was inappropriate. It is reasonable to expect staff to ensure signage is secure and to address any misunderstandings with decorum.
Regrettably, this is not our first negative encounter with Betty, whose behavior consistently suggests a lack of understanding of customer service principles.

It used to be fun, but it's not fun continuously paying your money and your not getting anything in return. I've heard of people having a lucky streak.... but come on, it's not that much luck in the world. The same people always win, no matter if it's a regular session or a special! I really wish another casino would bring back their bingo?

Very nice bingo hall! We really liked the fact that you can order food to be delivered to your table, and there are free fountain drinks and coffee! There are also restrooms at the far end of the hall.

The bingo prizes are good. The Pit Stop food is good, but they are slow, and food orders do get mixed up.
