BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

I won 200 pounds over 4 weeks ago and they still have not paid me. They have asked for a ridiculous amount of private documents such as;

Selfies with ID
Videos holding your ID
HMRC letters
2 forms if ID
Bank statements
Pictures of both bank cards
Numerous utility bills

Basically all your private details end up in the hands of scammers

They lie to you and tell you your withdrawal has been processed, then they say your bank refused the payment. Both my banks confirmed no payment has ever attempted. Then they say they dont accept online banks as a proof of address but accept the cards when you make a deposit. How convenient for them! Customer service is shocking. They have the cheek to cut you off when you complain and send you gambling advice when you say you need your winnings paid asap. Discusting behaviour. Stay well clear of these scammers.

I have made contact with the ombudsmen and seek to have these daylight robbers shut down.

Unfortunatley i cant give them 0 stars, biggest scammers on the internet. I won £235 fair and square and could only apperantley withdraw £50. After i sent about 40 pieces of I.D they said all ok be paid within 3 days. A week as passed and i called them to be told my winnings was void as all my details matched to an account from 2016? My house as only been built 3½years and only had this contract phone number for 18months. I raised my concerns but they didnt beleive me even tho i offered to send proof.. absaloutly criminal and be aware do not use!!!!

DONT USE THIEVES

This is the worst site I’ve ever dealt with, I accept they require proof of certain things like all sites. But this is their response to me after 3 months of trying to withdraw £300.

• Proof of yourself holding the card provided. For the proof of your card that has been requested, we would also need an image showing yourself holding the same document provided. In the picture we would need to clearly see your face and be able to read the details of the same card you provide.

• Proof of the £300 deposit made on 29/12/22. For a bank statement of your recent transactions, we would require an image showing the recent deposits you made with your card. In this picture we would need to see the bank logo on the statement, the date, amount, our casino name in the transaction, and the last 4 digits of the card number used to match the one on your account.

• A short video (15 seconds) of yourself holding the proof of your date of birth is required. We would need to clearly see your face and the details of the same document provided.

So if you want to do selfies and videos of yourself which is an absolute joke then be my guest.
Steer clear much better genuine sites out there.
They changed their minds on proof several times with me, each time I give them what they requested they want something else.

Thieves absolute thieves

If I could give 0 stars I would played this game for YEARS on and off must admit though I used to enjoy a game get free spins and play away and sometimes win a little turn now and again, everytime I've played in the last while game just takes takes takes only slot game that doesn't give out bonuses unless your playing with the free spins they give you minute you deposit and it's real credit oh suddenly you get 0 wins ? yes it's a chance gambling I know that but think this game needs looked at surprised anyone wins, no wonder the jackpots so high cause nobody wins it for months! Disgrace won't be playing it again!

Does not deserve one star. Shocking service. Won £80 ID was never suitable even though you gave what they asked. Months and months later ID was approved and withdrawal sent. one week later chased payment and they have sent it to wrong bank and I wont get payment. Cut you off on the chat everytime you tell them why you are speaking to them and cant get through on phone

Big scammers let you deposit using your mobile phone number but when you make a withdrawal they ask for documents to prove the phone number belongs to you and when you provide them with countless screenshots and evidence they say that's not enough. I'm surprised the gambling commission hasn't homed in on these crooks as you can see it's multiple people are reviewing the same matter here avoid at all cost.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I Would genuinely advise anyone to contact me to form a group/class lawsuit. This company prey on the vulnerable and don’t pay out. Clearly ran by a Tory. Message me to get your money back.
