I had an exceptional experience at MGM Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alexis Scott in customer service. From the moment I arrived, Alexis went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm attitude made my stay so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Alexis truly made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend MGM Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Not a bad casino. Never go on the weekends, waaaay to ghetto. Casino has a lot to offer as far as slots, tables, restaurants, but it can be very ghetto and I don't just mean the guests visiting. You have a better shot of winning a jackpot on a slot machine here than finding a cashier at the cage who doesn't have an attitude. Dealers are a mix. You can have an amazing dealer followed a complete garbage one. It's a shame they share tips. Service is very slow here, drinks, payouts, etc. I assume it's because they spend a lot of time just standing around talking to each other. You'll understand what I mean when you see the employees "walking" together. Lastly the comps and rewards program isn't that great. You get a bunch of useless appliances but as far as comps and free play, you're lucky if you get $25-$35 a month. But at least you got a toaster.

I love coming here weekly. The crowd is lit! I love the atmosphere and the music, food , drinks and slots be ringing. Haven’t had much luck yet! My overall experience is great as I keep coming. I’m glad parking is free unlike other nearby casinos. You have to be diamond member or seven star to park for free. Unbelievable! Maryland live keep giving your offers and giveaways and keep the parking free and keep being a blessing. I love staying at your hotel and sight seeing and enjoying shopping nearby.

Attended several business events at the hotel however I never stayed over. My first stay at the hotel was a positive experience. Upon arrival I was greeted like I was family. Superb and generous accommodation. Great food choices! Loved David’s and Morty's Delicatessen!!! The hotel staff was attentive and created a pleasant experience.
