It is a slot only casino that never pays out, with machines that are old but people don’t realize it. They advertise jackpots but when you’re there the majority of the people are old minimum betters that get better benefits than you even though you spend more and they win all the drawings. The return to player on the slots is super low and probably illegal but nobody checks on it. Has to be the worst casino I’ve been to as far as bonuses go and all they tell you is better luck next time. This casino benefits off addiction because there is nothing fun about it. We go because it’s local but if you can avoid this place I would at all costs!!!

i have spent many days and nights at this casino and have dropped tons of money at this establishment. But when I drive my 70,000 car to this establishment and park on the lot the casino has that has cameras everywhere I feel my vehicle would be safe beings they have cameras WRONG!!!!!!! My car got hit in there parking lot called the cops and before the cops even came 3 of the casino employees said they seen my car on camera cops come she goes in to view the cameras comes out TELLS ME SHE SEEN THE PERSON THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO IT WAS… ok good I leave being told I was going to be contacted the very next day by Lagrange police that never happened she didn’t even work that day. Come Friday when she was back on duty I call the police department she wouldn’t get on the phone or even return my call. I then call mark Twain casino to get some information can’t get transferred to anyone but get hung up on 4 times!!!!!!!!! This establishment doesn’t give a damn about any customer!!! But if I found a 1 dollar bill on the floor and picked it up I would be kicked out for good I’ve SEEN THAT HAPPEN!!!!! Terrible establishment!!!!!!

I like the Casino it's small & the pay outs are OK for the bet placed they have a cafe and free drinks like coke & Coffee also give aways during the week if you live close enough get signed up for REWARDS on daily rewards. Sometimes gifes & $5.00 up to 20 dollars. And Drawings during the month. Enjoy ?

Slot machine area is nice. They’ve recently remodeled. However, they gotta pay for them upgrades somehow. The restaurant was quite a joke. Wouldn’t eat there again even if my life depended on it.

It's quiet. We were only customers in restaurant. The waitress disappeared after she took our order, the cook delivered food.. Another couple came in and waited 10 min at the bar before they got service. It's a little casino. We had no luck, lol.

Nice casino, BUT it stinks like smoke! They have taken out most of the multi pocker machines and the one they have left.You can't change the game on? And they've replaced Em with all those 1 and 5% machines that take 5000 credits to give you a maximum credit
Half the machines were out of order it. 's going downhill in the last few years.I don't think I'll be back! I went to get gift certificates and nobody knew where I could get him from. They told me the bar at the customer service desk and the bartender had no idea what I was talking about. So I went back to the customer service desk or cage or whatever you wanna call it? And they told me, yeah, the bar does it? Well, again, the bartender had no idea what I was talking about, so I went and finally got somebody to help me.
There's nobody around half the time. They don't even serve drinks anymore. You have to go get it yourself. Just coffee and soda. It used to be a lot more used to be cappuccino and popcorn. I can get that around here. I don't have to drive 60 miles. Or eighty miles to go there, I think i'm done with mark twain casino

This is my kind of casino. It has an abundance of many types of slots, Including the classic three reels which I love. I found a few new favorites but I haven’t seen elsewhere, like Phantom of the opera. Also a solid bank of video poker machines. I didn’t see any buffalo games for those who are fans of the Buffalo slots. They’re currently remodeling, but this modestly sized casino has something for every size of bankroll, and it’s scenic location right along side the mighty Mississippi is pristine. I highly recommend.
