Island Wing Company is right next to our hotel, so we decided to try it out.

The drinks were great and our waitress was very friendly.

The wings were crisp with plenty of flavor. The margarita flatbed was my favorite.

Lots of beer option and great local drinks. Would recommend as a good spot if you are wanting to watch sports.

Just excellent. My wife and I shared an order of wings and we were blown away by the flavor. The wings were so good, I almost forgot I had fries!

Service:

Timely, polite, excellent. Greeted and served with a smile. Loved every minute here and the employees truly made it a pleasant interaction every time.

Atmosphere:

Felt lively and fun, while also being relaxing.

Overall, a truly excellent dining experience and some of the best wings I have ever had.

Great selection of draft beers (24 on tap!). Wings are BAKED, not fried. Nice and crispy, good selection of sauces to choose from. Our server (Kamar) was super friendly! We are in Gulf Shores for a month and will definitely be back!!

The staff was amazing! I think her name was Kisha. Food was fresh and hot! So good! Wish we lived here! I’d come back all the time! Thanks for the strong drinks and awesome food!

Great food! My husband had the Baja Fish, Said it’s the best he’s ever had and it came with a rice that was so full of flavor! If you Haven’t eaten here highly recommend! I had the Buffalo chicken tacos, and their buffalo sauce is the best tasting buffalo sauce around!! We will definitely be back! Excellent, excellent service!! Three thumbs up!! Gotta try it!

Went out with the family to Island Wing Co. We come here weekly, and they never disappoint. We had wings, pesto chicken, ahi tuna, bbq chicken and bacon flatbread and fries. It was all delicious and the service was great as usual. And as a bonus everything is there is baked not fried! See you next time.

Blown away by our first experience at an Island Wing Company! We were looking for fresh, not-an-afterthought-in-the-menu salads, and a Google search brought up a few not-too-promising results but I checked the menu here and found 5 solid-sounding options.
Then we hear it's Monday Madness where the wings were $1 each, and we decided to get them as an appetizer. We got the boneless wings and stuck with mild since my mom isn't big on heat; the Buffalo Lemon-Garlic is a brilliant idea, and the sweet & peppery Polynesian sauce was a delight, and the chicken was tender and hearty.
The salads were big, well-apportioned, and fresh! Perfect for the craving. And I ended up going with the Chili Mac instead of a salad, with a side salad to get some freshness. Fantastic! Just a little kick from the chili and a breadcrumb crust make it great.
I need this chain to open up in all my favorite beach towns: Rockaway Beach, Atlantic City, San Diego...
