Di passaggio da S. Fransisco a S. Monica, qs hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Tutto eccellente...struttura, pulizia, personale cordiale e sorridente e ottimo cibo.

This was a repeat visit to this property. Had a reasonably decent experience the first time, with a few strange happenings - contacted the hotel before arrival to ask about the property and no one (including the manager) could answer my question. Odd. Okay, maybe that was a fluke, right?||Went back and had the same experience. The two things I can say about this place, really, are:||(1) It's a really amazing property, with beautiful common areas/restaurants and really nicely done rooms.||and also||(2) If you have any question outside of checking in or out, no one will know the answer, OR the person who can solve it is only there on every third Tuesday during odd number months IF there's a full moon. |Had an issue with a room key and seriously, they could not fix it. No one knew. ||I'm giving this place 4 stars but wish it could be 3.5. Great experience but the service was kinda bizarro. Nice staff, though. They just didn't know what to do. ||PS: Try not to get a room that faces the front of the hotel (Palm Street). SLO street cleans EVERY single day at 3 pm and the place next door was getting power washed at 5 am so....unless you plan to be up at those hours, maybe pick a room farther back from the road.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip in California! The rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly luxurious, the lobby is stunning, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—close to everything and easily walkable. We absolutely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

I haven't stayed here. I walked in once and the property is very clean, modern, and well decorated. However, I mostly wanted to give a shout-out to the restaurant manager, Gabby, who found my wallet on the street and contacted me. And to the concierge who arranged its shipment home. #slonice

If I can summit up in one word: WOW!!! The friendliest staff and the most helpful as well. The decoration was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best. Thank you, Katie for the great service at our breakfast. The guests’ rooms were beautifully decorated and to add a nice touch, is the availability of the espresso machine in the room. The location is great and very convenient. By far this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

We stayed the weekend at Hotel SLO and there was a loud noise in our room. When we told the front desk, they said they knew about the noise in that room and "wouldn't put us in that room next time". To have a room with an issue, place guests in the room at full price, and then do nothing to fix the problem is entirely unacceptable to me from a four star hotel.

Okay people! This place is fantastic. The people are great. The service was fantastic. It's right in the middle of town, so a walking distance is perfect. All in all, an unbelievably great experience. Thank you hotel san luis obispo!
