Booked a room for a few nights for a special occasion. Got upgraded to a suite. Pleasant staff, great amenities, huge shower, and easy access to the casino floor.

There was some small damage to the wallpaper in the suite bathroom, but such a minor issue compared to everything else.

Was very nice and the parking was very accessible. Plenty of restaurants to choose from is why I really liked this one. Everything was very clean and the staff that helped me was very friendly. Gambling was good I did not see a lot of waitresses at that part I would’ve thought they would’ve been more but maybe I’m just used to Las Vegas. It was a good temperature not too hot. The coffee shop downstairs was also very friendly funny room to sit and get caught up on some work.

First, the bad side:
Our room was not comfortable. The bed was hard, water pressure was low, the television didn't work, and the AC kept shutting off. It was too hot to sleep well. When morning finally came, we couldn't have any coffee. There were only decaf pods in our room and the coffee maker was already full of nasty water anyway. Nothing is open anywhere nearby until 9 am.

It was really difficult to try to book the room ahead of time. (Luckily they had space when we went in person.) Talking to customer service was difficult, so I gave up and took my chances.

On the good side:
At least the check-in was great. The fellow was extremely helpful, funny, and friendly. The Brew's Brothers restaurant was reasonably priced with good food and fantastic service.

Worst place I have ever been. Was on vacation and found our favorite slots in the very back. ONE hour and no one offered us a drink. I have to go to the bar and buy my gf and I one after asking a manger for service. Even requested the bartender to send someone back. NOTHING. Liked the machines and had fun but customers service was horrible.

Them all 4 of the elevators were broken. Almost missed our flight.

Terrible experience, room was 90° a/c did not work. Shower water was room temp. at best. No discount for the problems and wanted to charge 16.50 out of 75.00 damage deposit and nothing was damaged. Finally took of the 16.50 charge.
Will never go back to this Hotel/casino

Absolute failure. I am a diamond Cesar's member and stayed in their "luxury king". On December 23 when it was 30 degrees out the room was 78 degrees. The HVAC was set to 68 but would not cool off. We called for service and we're helpfully told we could open a window. The mattress was very old and sagged badly to the middle. This morning at 6 am, no.hot water. Not in the shower not from the faucet. Again called front desk and was told they would "look into it" with no word after that. So if you need a place to sleep or shower, you know the absolute basics a hotel is supposed to provide, stay somewhere else. And if you post to call a number to talk about my experience it will prove you don't even read these reviews as I won't waste another minute on your terrible property except to warn others.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Good temp for us and everything was very nice and fancy and new. I enjoyed our stay. Just get food before you enter the area. The restaurants in the hotel and on that strip are either 100 dollars a person or McDonald's quality food that still costs way too much But everyone was nice and welcoming especially with vehicle issues everyone was ready to help. I would recommend. Beautiful location just not very convenient.

Nobody seems want to do their job! Came from a long trip, the room was not done! When I called, the housekeeper said we should have called them to clean the room. The next day, before we left for skiing, we called the housekeeping to clean the room, but guess what, the room was still not done when we back!! We're tired and came to a dirty room for 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights, only the second day we were able to get our room cleaned because we saw the housekeeping staff near our room.
We need to pay extra $10 for 30 minutes early check in though.
