The room was good but needed some TLC. Starting to show some wear but have been encouraged as they have painted the outside of the casino and were actively doing maintenance inside. The food at Taste of Hollywood was really good and service was great. Drink service in the casino was not very good. I like Hollywood Casino and will definitely be back, just wish I got some offers.

Do not depend on anything nice in this hotel whatsoever. The staff was dismissive, rude, and uncaring to our issues.
I booked this over a week in advance with Hollwood reservations. The staff said the hot tub and indoor pool were working great. I even called a couple days before checkin to make sure and they confirmed all was working great. When we checked in we were told the hot tub had been out of commission for over a month and the indoor pool was not heated because the heater broke. This was supposed to be a relax vacation for my mom, two adult daughters and myself but was the worst weekend for us with all the issues.
Check your account because they overcharged mine by $100. The reservation was $255 for Friday and Saturday nights. They charged $78.28 when I checked in and said that was all refundable when we checked out Sunday. They only returned $28.28 to my account and i was charged $355 for 2 nights!! Unbelievable!! This was the favorite hotel for us but we will never spend another cent here. It is sad that they do not care more. First time shame on you, second time shame on me - but there will not be a 2nd time for us.

Rooms are ok, pretty dated, service is AWFUL let me remind everyone that drinks are FREE WHILE GAMBLING, waitresses have a whole attitude and expect to be tipped what the drink WOULD be, tipped one waitress $5 for a crown and sweet tea and she goes it's usually $6 but that's ok this time.... excuse me! I was actively GAMBLING and betting from $2-$10 so get out of here! So rude! Not to mention the super slow service! Would take an hour for them to come back around. The slots are not good and do not pay! The food was not good at all! Tried the steakhouse which was awful! Tried the place where they have Asian, southern, and something else and it was awful, café was never open, and the small grab and go place was never open. Just won't ever go back there ever!

I really was satisfied with everything but the service from housekeeping. I went to the door the day of check out because I thought I heard someone knocking. The housekeeper was actually knocking on the door beside my room but upon opening the door I asked whose knocking she walks out the room next door as if she was startled and said with a ferocious voice I didn’t knock on that door as if she was being sarcastic and with a irrational expression. I was shocked of the attitude that was displayed and found it very rude and unprofessional.

Needed a getaway for a couple of days. Front desk was awesome doing Check in and out. I'm disappointed that the pool area is still not available, and the hot tub has been down too long.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The casino and hotel r a bit dated but kept up well, clean. The rooms r clean, memory foam mattress. U hear and see people winning in the casino. The food at the celebrity grill and southern kitchen were both good.

Nice place only thing I'd recommend is more luggage carts or keep guest from keeping them in their room. We only saw 3 carts and we had a lot of luggage and gifts to take up to the 3rd floor and had to carry it all no cart was available. We had our shorkie and there pet friendly which is great. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Some of the guests were a bit rude and racist twds us but what can ya say except ignore the ignorance. That's not the casinos fault. Other than that it was very relaxing and pleasant. We will be back soon hopefully.

The check in process was great. The bed felt as if it came from the Flintstones. Very hard, 4 small pillows, i called the front desk to ask for extra, i was told they don't have any pillows and house keeping was gone for the night. Their was a long black hair hanging from the tub faucet, cracks in the sink, the dust in the room was alot, and I have allergies. Now I'm having a hard time. The lamp was cracked an dented as well the TV was blue. I'm attaching pictures.
When you first walk in it looks appealing, until it don't, Long story short we did not stay the 2nd night. We just left. This room needs a very thorough cleaning.
