As we travel in an RV, we find Casinos an awesome place to stop. Plenty of room to maneuver big rigs, entertaining to gamble a bit and most have very good restaurants with bars. We are so glad they allow us to stay.

They let people park their vehicles however they please. The bathroom toilet seat covers have to be the cheapest ones you can buy they are trash. It took me 5 minutes just to be able to go to the bathroom because they fell apart in your hands. Ever since Terra Haute Casino opened, I can't seem to catch a win. The slots just keep going downhill and not paying. Tell me why I'm diamond plus, but I get more free play at Terra Haute it makes no logical sense why I only get $10 here but $65 at the other casinos. Also, people put their cigs out on the ground all over the carpet. This place just seems to get worse and worse, probably just go to Terra Haute, honestly. Also, after going through the reviews, I love how this company only comments on the good reviews.

We have been there several times. People go there for fun to get away from busy schedules. It would be nice to go there and win once in awhile. The payouts don't need to be breath taking but a little bit..."
Come on guys, the money you pull in and you can't even win on the penny slots. It's going to be awhile before I go back there.

My first time to a casino. We had been driving all day and night and decided to stop in about midnight. It was a good experience and I learned my lesson about why people sit at one machine all night. I lost about $100, but I'm not complaining. It'd be fun to get together with others and enjoy the atmosphere.

Been a LOYAL and FREQUENT patron since this casino opened. Went three days ago to relax after working 10 hours.

the music was so LOUD and geared to the woke generation that I went to the players desk to complain. Asked for name and number of general manager.

"I can't give you that" I was told.....I persisted and finally got the name "Colin"

Colin, I am BEGGING you to reconsider the music you play. It is a proven fact that when the music is "right", people are "happier " and will stay longer and "lose more".

Your desk employee told me "people want it loud".....really?

My sister and I left.....your slots are very
Tight....VERY...but its our entertainment .

PLEASE think about ALL your guests and not just the under 30 crowd.

Machines are very tight. They've removed machine that DID pay out and put more $5 minimum bet on the main floor. No competition. Payoff on $10 bet results in nothing, $1 or $2. Used to have fun here, But not any more. U have to give away too much $$ nowadays.!!!

I've been going here almost since they opened and they are the only casino we visit that requires a driver's license (for some unknown reason) and I recently went to visit for my birthday and had swapped out purses and accidentally forgot my license and was turned away after driving 70 miles. So we visited another casino where at least I get more reward credit. Not very customer friendly.
