Took 15 minutes for an employee to inform my guy they don’t have 5/8 metal drill bits this was after I gave up on the phone dealing with an automated nonsense. Put humans back on the line and people who actually know about basic tools in your stores.

I stopped in this afternoon, with what felt like a big problem and a hard ask. Well, it didn't phase Fernando, who helped me one bit. He was thoughtful and helpful. Tackled the problem and gave me a great solution. And even when I first came in and was waiting in line, he greeted me and said someone would be with me shortly. And then it happened to be him. Thanks for the help Grainger and Fernando, I appreciate it.

Thanks God for opening this place in west palm beach. They save me a lot of money and hot weather. My ac went bad, it need a new capacitor and can't find one anywhere except online and here. Online wait too long and The ac tech want to charge $400 for a new one put on. Come to this place, buy a new capacitor and a hard kick start kit, bingo it work great. The staff here is really nice and helpful ? will come back to support them!!

The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing, you can’t call a store and verify an expected order you have to deal with someone in another state and a “different person each time I might add”
That has to email the store and call you back.
How do these people stay in business.
Lost an entire day yesterday waiting so I can pick up the cabinet for a job that’s a replacement for the first damaged cabinet that was delivered that I had to go thru this stupid process.
So I have to desire whether to drive 45 min and find out for myself so I can get back to work OR sit like an ass and hope the sweet girl 2000 miles away will call me if she even gets a response from the store.
What a joke.

I showed up at 4:27 for an urgent item, they closed at 4:30 they where super helpfull and they got the last sale of the day with a smile on their face.
