I'm at Pub 426 in Plano and this game has been down for a month. Today some older lady got get 20 dollars taken from a machine and when the bar called for maintenance, no one answered and we left a message. No one returned call at all. Very surprised.

I can't say enough positive things about Gold Rush Gaming and their entire staff. Terrific customer service, friendly technicians, and the very latest in slots and video poker machine entertainment. No expense spared to provide customers with the best gaming experience possible. The marketing crew is amazing! Enes is always on the ball and willing to go the extra mile when called upon. The gaming promotions are always creative and fun to share with customers. I highly highly recommend them. Do not look elsewhere. They are simply the best.

Gold Rush Gaming is by far the Best Terminal Operator that I have had the pleasure of being partnered with. Partner is the best way to describe our relationship with Gold Rush. Not only do we view them as a Partner, but they also view us as a Partner. They understand that if the establishment prospers, so do they. The Illinois Gaming Board allows the
Terminal Operators to assist with things like Advertising, Sweep Stakes, Promotions, etc.. Gold Rush has always covered 100% of their share and has whole department dedicated to coming up with Promotions, Giveaways and Marketing. They create and print flyers, posters, window clings, flags, etc… which removes all the leg work we would have done with other Terminal Operators. Good marketing helps get people into your location and Gold Rush has a GREAT Marketing department! Their Service Technicians are well informed and have always been quick to respond to our issues when they arise, which is not too often. Their Repair Time is impeccable! However, if a problem does arise, we have a dedicated Account Manager, Jeremy who is assigned to our location. He is available to answer any and all questions we have about gaming and always responds in a timely manner. The Company is owned by Rick Heidner who is the most Honest and Charitable person I have ever met. If you judge a business by its owner, then you can do no better than Gold Rush. As an establishment owner, choosing
a Terminal Operator is the most important decision you will have to make. I’m glad I made the right choice by partnering with Gold Rush Gaming!!!

The thing that owns this place and the girl who answers the phone probably live in some dumpster in the ghetto. Not only do they over see these rigged up games they promote but they're just low class dirty people. If you have any intelligence you'll stay away from these manipulated games.

absolutely the best experience ive ever had, these guys are all about customer service. we had our machine for just over a year, if we need any service done they make sure it is handled right away. I would recommend gold rush gaming to everyone

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called to get service on a machine not working that took my money and the rudest women on the phone by the name of Lisa was extremely rude. Seems like they need to fix more than just their machines. Customer service needs to get better!

I had an awful experience with these guys. They didn’t care about the fact that they damaged my property in the delivery process and Chris was exceptionally rude about the whole incident. I would rate them zero stars if it were possible.
