Gave a bad review was banned and kick out for life. . Why don't you fix the problems and then maybe you'd get better reviews. Constructive criticism will get you thrown out. ? All the girls are awesome. Gwen needs to go to management training. ?

My favorite place to stop and play and win! I have been going there for years and they have added a ton of new machines (a ton of my favorite Firelinks) and recently new carpeting. They offer you free food and drinks while you play and they are now open 24/7! The manager Gwen works hard to keep this place the best in Naples. JJ, Ruth and Bernice are great hosts on the night shift, and there are a few new staff members that have also become great assets to the team. Awesome hidden gem and my favorite arcade in Naples!

Would go and enjoy, with a service dog. Tonight was a party and thought we would go. Well apparently with it busy the manager told us we had to leave because of the dog. Well news flash, my dog is there to assist with keeping me alive. She is not an emotional support but an actual service dog. Ruth and JJ are awesome. The manager,.she needs to learn custom service and the law.

How do you operate an arcade/casino and run out of money? Closed due to running out of money. Empty the machines once in a while or leave the staff with enough money to stay open 24 hours. Otherwise don't falsely advertise and say you're open 24 hours when you aren't due to no money. Can only imagine if places in Vegas closed due to not having any money but will reopen at 8 am. What a joke of a business. Went there at 8 am and door was locked. At 8:20 am Rang the bell, hollered and was hollered at with a snippy tone we don't open till 8 am, my response was well someone needs to learn how to tell time since its almost 8:30 am.

Couldn't sleep so decided to go and play a bit. Got there, can see people inside playing, rang the bell over and over and over again for probably 10 minutes and no one buzzed me in. I called and no answer. I called again and after having the phone ring for what seemed like three minutes someone finally answered. At that point I was completely disgusted and just hung up. That was the last chance this place will ever get and it is now gone.

Good luck doing business like that, you won't last long.

All I can say is wow. So even though there were a couple of frustrating situations that I posted a review over I wouldn't have thought that warrants having the police called if I am in that establishment again. In which I have been on a few occasions after posting the original reviews without any issues. My husband would go on a regular basis usually late at night. The night of March 14th my husband was there and had a great time. Then the next night we are told we are banned and police would be called.
Besides the reviews that were posted months ago we have done nothing wrong to warrant being banned and having police called.
What are police gonna do write a ticket for bad reviews? LOL
Anyway, this place is going downhill with all the drug deals and users that are regularly there.

What a great place to go play! New layout with loads of games to choose from. Clean and extremely friendly staff. Bingo every day, which I ❤️.

I was aggressively told I could not bring my purse inside because it was for my own safety apparently they have problems with people stealing the staff was not friendly whatsoever to me after me inquiring as to why I couldn't bring my purse inside with me so just overall not a good experience. I've definitely been to better casinos around here

Horrible experience! This this is our first time here at Naples and decided to stop by the nearest casino. We are mixed couple. I didn't get her name but shes an over weight lady at the desk and clearly showed signs that she did not like us. She gave us an attitude and also lied about certain machines that doesn't take cash which actually do.
After playing 300 dollars in those machine we will not be coming here again.
