FEB 7, 2025 UPDATE: NO ONE CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. DON'T YOU THINK ITS TELLING THEY ONLY RESPOND TO REVIEWS THAT ARE POSITIVE?

Horrible and strange experience. My husband goes to the bathroom, leaves to come back to the slots we were at when randomly security comes up to him and tells him to leave because someone saw him fall down in the bathroom, and that they don't allow intoxication on the casino floor.
1. He didn't fall down.
2. None of us were drunk and in fact we had all just said their drinks are weak!
My husband told the guy he didn't fall down -the guy said well we had a report that you did. So he's being accused of something that didn't happen. They walked to where we were and my husband said he's kicking me out because someone said I fell down. So the dude (Drew) is taking the word of some guest who "described" what the person was wearing and Drew decided it was my husband. Now we're mad, and yes getting loud. More security comes over who says we all need to leave. My friend asks the new security guy if he saw my husband fall down. He says yes. So we say you did? He then says no, we said you lied? He said yes.
WHAT? None of this made sense. Embarrassing and maddening to say the least.
Bottom line- they didn't witness anything. Just accused someone of something and automatically kicked us out saying they don't allow intoxication on the casino floor. NO ONE IN OUR 4 PEOPLE GROUP WAS DRUNK. We are middle aged people who drove two hours for a fun and rare night out. They ruined it and I still can't believe what transpired.
BOTTOM LINE : Bad drinks, and terrible customer relations. Security staff should try having a conversation, maybe conduct a little investigation and observe a person before making accusations.

I purchased two tickets from their box office for this weekend. The event has since changed and there's no refund or credit options. Hey, next time I guess you can advertise a whole music festival, sell out, then just change it, what a lucrative business model!

I'll update to a 3 star, as we were able to get a refund after a bit of back and forth. It was still a painful process but we appreciate you working with us.

Been on a losing streak and I don't care what they say it's all about luck no because I've gone lots of times and I haven't come out a winner yet. Horrible players comps, i get way better free play and 4 free nights at jackpot junction casino, done wasting money here. Its shocking how i loose everytime i go. No more.

Our expectations were exceeded. It's on the side of the highway, but it's bigger than it looks. It's quite nice inside. Lots of slot machines with a good mix of new and old. Plenty of table game stations, though we didn't play those. We've been here a few times now when traveling north and it's a good stop for a couple hours.

Stayed overnight while on a roadtrip. The stay was fine, not much to rave about. Standard accommodation. However, they only had $10 minimum craps and $15 minimum blackjack. Additionally, the slots were extremely tight. No bonus, minimum payouts. Great place for entertainment, but don’t expect to win much. < 50% slot payouts. Likely won’t be back.
