I'd really love it if they considered building a closed off smoking area. I hate having to dodge smoke while trying to make a machine selection. It throws my energy off. Additionally, I've never been able to cash out any significant wins. It starts to dampen your mood after a few winless visits. Ii try to maintain my optimism, though. Despite that, I will say that I've thoroughly enjoyed the comped stays, which are great since I travel from Houston, and also have family nearby. I've also received two cruises, which I'm eternally grateful for. Be sure to insert that player card when you play. You never know when you may get that call. I hope to have more favorable results on the slots in the near future. I hope the same for the person reading this if/when you visit. 🤞🏽🎰

Its nice to go if you like a smaller casino atmosphere. You win a little if you play the right machines, and they kept announcing jackpot winners even though there weren't many people there. The waitresses are very attentive and they keep the casino pretty clean. The room was comfy but there were a couple of roaches and I found a spider in the bathroom.... If the new player bonus of up to $300 of your losses being credited back actually pans out then they'll keep their 4 stars otherwise it would be a 3 for me... wasn't personally my favorite place.

The casino has very nice upgrades and renovations; however, I feel like the guest are paying for it! Before the upgrades, there were points for playing, free food, discounts and even birthday shirts. I took a trip here on my birthday and spent a good chunk of money and did not receive a single penny for rewards/points. Not a free bag of chips or anything. I think the hotel is nice but I can drive a little bit further and get some appreciation for spending my money at a different casino.

Booked this in short notice. Easy to book. Live horse racing was fun and you are very close to the action. The casino was great the room was big very comfy and clean!! The staff is was friendly and very helpful. Can’t go wrong giving this downs a try!!!

Went out and got kolaches and donuts and wanted to heat up the kolaches. No microwave in the room so went down to front desk to ask them if they could help me out. The manager ran out from the office to tell me NO! Unbelievable, I had donated $260 to their game room casino 5 hours earlier and they treated me like a beggar. They don't deserve your money go elsewhere.

$100 was stolen from me after cashing in a voucher at the machine and security was involved but after everything the thief had left and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I don’t spend thousands all the time at this place but when the wife and I go every few months we still spend around $500 plus stay the night at their hotel and eat at their restaurants so just assumed for a place that makes this much money they would atleast offer to replace the money in slot play. Basically was told nothing could be done and they’d call if the thief comes back to the establishment. I’ll never step foot in this place or any of their facilities again out of sheer principle.

The first time we stayed here we discovered bed bugs in the bathroom. They had to take all of our luggage to another room in black bags. We understand that this happens at hotels. We gave them another shot a year later and the front desk customer service is horrible! Our keys stopped working and she was very rude about getting them to work. The bell service, valet and housekeeping were so friendly. Its too bad the front desk staff didn't take the same training as the others.

The coffee in the $258 room was crap. It was a big six style no big six is better.
A roach crawls in my coffee cup next to the bed.
I tossed the coffee that the roach probably wouldn't drink. Completely disappointed in the slots. $1200 in about an hour up in smoke. Went to my room got $400 from bag also $480 more from bank at casher. Lost all of that very quickly. I used to visit Delta regularly several years ago now I remember why I stopped coming here.
Food court was a joke. Gator Grill was a joke. People cooking in back came up while we were ordering and started blaming each other over some mistakes in orders. That was comforting. Well I could go on but I'm needing coffee,good coffee so unlike most nice hotels I'll have to leave early Sunday morning in search of good morning breakfast coffee.
Best regards please don't put yourself or loved one through this. My new wife probably thinks I'm a less than intelligent person.
