I've gone like 5 times and 2 out of those 5 times I've won hundreds of dollars. If you're patient with the machines, usually after 2 hrs of playing the money will start rolling in. Never gone in with more money than $100. First time playing on my 21st bday I won the 600. Last time I went I got the 400 with my brother. I got that 600 off of $40. Don't knock it till you actually go there with some patience and real money to put in.

At crosswinds again quality in food is highest tier, pub burger, large salads, the toppings to notch. Get the mocha cheesecake real whipped topping, awesome layers very smooth. Delightful experience

First time here. Stopped at the Player Club to get a card. The young woman working was slow. There were only 2 men in front of us. I am handicap, after standing 10 minutes I had to go sit across from plays club desk. Sat for what seemed like another 10-14 minutes.
▪︎Once my husband & I got up there (the young woman) never said thank you for waiting, nothing. She never knowledged how long our wait truly was. (Where was the customer service).
Walked around the casino to see what types of slot matches they had. They have alot of the fancy one. I noticed. They do have alot of slot machines that required a high minimum to play.
50, 60 cents, 90, and of course normal dollar, I even was $10.00 and $ 25.00 slot machines. They have free soda & coffee ( set up areas). But the have really small cups, I could understand this size for coffee. But are way to small for the sofa (Such a headache, because bearly 3-4 drinks it is empty).
Restrooms were nice & clean.
▪︎They do offer none smoking section.
Boy when you go over there you can breathe.
▪︎ The regular part of casino is so smoky, They Do NOT Have good ventation set up.
On smoking section in middle of casino little over to right. They have Lounge area; the smoke was so thick in the casino; that you could see it floating in the air. Then there was a small area you could buy food. Then right next to that, was the nice. that you could go over to the non smoking area of the Casino. I was happy to see they had it.
▪︎There were 2 nice ladies at cashiers office count area that were very nice ( in none smoking area cashier counter. When you are new: you sign up for rewards card, we had questions on the kiosk thing.
As we walked around they do have cool slot machines. ?
▪︎They do have clean restrooms.
It was ok. Not worth making a trip just to go there.

The employees are generally pretty nice. The air quality is terrible even in the non smoking side. The food is really generic. The rewards are really laughable compared to other casinos. Their machines are pretty well known to only pay back high rollers who are doing $20+ a spin. And wtf is going on with people throwing up on the urinals?!

A lot of the games are repetitive and don't have many wins. I also was very irritated that the ATM has the Tap and Pay technology With the Symbol and it even lights up green to give you a false sense assurance and undeserving excitement that it's going to work for Cash withdrawals using the NFC. Then you spend a long time at the cashier box waiting in line just for them to verify your conclusion about the ATM. They tell you it does not work because it is not connected nor does the cashier have the ability to accept Tap and Pay as a payment for. Boriqua

Was my 1st time there I won't go back. The smoke was horrible they need a better filter system. Even in non smoking area. People were nice. I didn't try the food. Nobody was winning! But I only stayed 20min.

I don't personally gamble or like to go, but my mother-in-law does and she took me here the other day. The staff is always friendly and the restroom is always clean.

Have been going here since day one. The first couple of years it was really fun to go and actually win some money, not a lot mind you, but enough to enjoy the time spent. But since then it's not as fun, the payouts are terrible, and you might only spend 20-30 minutes there. If it doesn't get better pretty quick we will be going back to Oklahoma or Kansas Star, which is not very convenient for us, we live in Park City.?
