This place is so much fun and the employees are super nice. I was in town visiting family for my birthday & my dad brought me here. It was so clean and everyone was so nice. Starbucks was delicious as well. I will definitely be back when in town again. We were there for hours, and we managed to leave with the same amount of money we came in with, so for me, that's a win!

I stayed in the red shoes R.V. park.
I took the shuttle over to the casino. The service is very fast, and people are extremely friendly and willing to help. The dog park is huge. My dogs forlicked around and had fun. Not just a place for them to do their business. This park is really efficient. They told me it would be 5 minutes for my shuttle to arrive and take me to the casino. It was 3 minutes. I played the slot machines and actually walked away with $20! I usually lose. The casino is clean. There is a no smoking section. I ate at the Res had a glass of Cabaret. Delicious. I wish I knew what they were pouring. I forgot to ask. Served in a stemless red wine glass that was at least eight ounces, if not more. The amount was probably why I forgot. I had a burger and fries. It was a lot of beef. I left feeling happy I came to stay at a Casino RV park. Today is Wednesday, and it wasn't crowded.

We visited last week and were only passing through. I enjoy visiting casinos, and although this casino was undergoing outdoor construction, it was well organized inside.

The players' club service was nice and welcoming. Their friendly smiles and courteous demeanor made me want to stay longer. Although we lost and didn’t win any big money, we had a great time. The restrooms were clean, and the environmental services staff was incredibly friendly and joyful. It was a pleasure to be around them. I hope they’re doing well.

I hope we can visit again, even if it’s just for a quick stop.

Service animals are not welcome myself and my registered service dog was rudely asked to leave the casino because they say my service dog was very loud and disruptive I asked when was my service dog was making noise or barking they couldn't give a answer just kept asking for us to leave without explanation this service dog has done countless hours of service in hospitals and mental health groups....
Further more we drove 5 hours from Houma La to be treated with such disrespect... We have went to other casinos and was welcome with no problems I wouldn't recommend this casino after my experience here after going there for years

Went here for my birthday and my sisters birthday. We had a blast. The service was phenomenal, from the sign up desk to the table people to the wait staff. Everyone was a great encounter. We did go to other casinos while in town for my birthday, but this one took the cake! The drink service and the way you get to order was by far out of this world. The wait staff were super nice and carried change if you want to tip them. The machines were super fun. The valet was great! Everyone was just so nice to encounter here. Our next vacation we are planning to come back here both days instead of wasting the other day at the unmentioned casinos.

There's construction going on and gonna be for a while. Not bad noise wise tho, honestly

We visited the Big Sky Steakhouse to celebrate a family birthday. The service was excellent, and the party room comfortably seated our party of approximately thirty guests. The casino provided a complimentary wheelchair for one of our guests who struggled with mobility. It's these small things that enhanced our experience. We will visit the Coushatta Casino Resort again!
