We took the kids sports team to a mid day team building activity plus lunch at the bowling alley. I hope they enjoyed it. I feel it was a positive experience. Most the team showed up and they all seemed happy. The place was nice the staff was helpful and it was cleaned up quickly. I didn't see any other part of the casino other than the bowling alley so this is my experience of that part only.

The casino is small and for the most parts is just slot games. One restaurant with basic food. Hotel is not attached to the casino. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. They have a first rate bowling ally at the casino. Personally I enjoyed my stay and gaming very much. It's not super crowded and my " luck" was on par to every other place I have played. The hotel rooms are a little dated but large rooms and comfortable AND half the price. Buffalo Thunder is only 3 miles away and there is a shuttle. For better food I would consider Buffalo Thunder but the ice cream shakes in the bowling alley were pretty darn good. As a tip, if you should rent a room at the hotel, get as far away from a side entrance as much as possible. People today are inconsiderate and let the side doors just slam shut and its noisy.

I had fun in this little Casino. I won enough to keep playing for a while. There are games here I didn't see at the Buffalo Thunder and I liked that, so it kept the variety going. It's an old Casino you can tell...but now it's non-smoking it's much easier to hang out there for a while.

My 2 sisters and myself had a sisters weekend July 12.we have stayed there many times before. This stay was not very pleasant. The beds were the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Very cheaply made.not comfortable at all.and full size at that I thought I remember the beds being queen size. We are old and we didn't get much rest.walls are very thin.heard someone having sex for hours.car alarms going off and on.very noisy place. The bathroom was not very clean looking.the toilets were old really needed to be replaced. Showers were very slippery.didnt know we had to ask for a bath mat.saw a tiny sign on the mirror that said upon request. No Kleenex in the bathroom. Just dissapointed of the hotel.for what we paid for 2 days the room was an unacceptable weekend.it was room 144

I was a guest at an Event on 10/5/24 in their banquet space, I experienced the worst customer service from a women claiming to be The Director. She was rude, herself and the staff all looked like they did not want to be there. I felt unwelcomed by the staff.

Stopped in quick for a bathroom stop. Only place around I could find while my partner was at a business meeting.
Some local players were enjoying slots. Didn’t see any live tables in the area I walked through.
Bathroom was clean and updated.
Casino area was sparse and a bit dated. Lighting was a bit dark. No heavy cigarette smell. That was a positive. ?
I looked for a gift shop-only found a ‘cafe’ that was a basically walk up sort of grab and go. It was okay.

Decent place. Not really meant for someone who likes to gamble, mostly a cash grab. They don't even have blackjack on the machines, would look elsewhere to gamble. It was nice and smoke free with tons of parking. There are some pros if you like to mindlessly press buttons

Might be a good idea to have housekeeping report guests who smoke in their room. We were checked into room with a king bed that had already been reset that smelled like inside of a bong. Asked front desk to switch out rooms and after about 3 minutes of the two of them going back and forth about where the king beds were, they assigned us a room with two full beds. Wasn’t surprised when our next room was missing the battery from their smoke detector, the fridge they provided ended up spoiling our dogs food, and the cherry on top was being woken up at midnight from the alarm clock in the room. Not one thing went right because when I checked out the provided a receipt from a different room. Hotel management doesn’t work weekends and I have been calling their front desk to speak with management about our issues for over a week and they refuse to reach out to me. Victoria avoids issues that inconvenience her day. Good luck getting any support. Cities of Fools Gold has a nice ring to it now.
