If you would’ve asked me last night, if I would ever visit the establishment again, I would Tell you NO NEVER AGAIN But I got off the phone with the day manager Who told me that they are going to investigate in which I will hold them to this and give an update? As far as my night that I had there, it was disgusting the way that I was treated by staff And singled out I went there about 1 o’clock in the morning to play some free play on a Tuesday night. There was not anybody in the casino and when I went to get a player card, you need to go to the cage. There was a lady sitting there on a stool when I asked her for a player car, she said the worker was in the restroom so I didn’t mind waiting after waiting more than 15 minutes and listen to this lady talk about nonsense. I asked her what her position was and she told me she was the manager. I told her then you can help me by getting she totally gave me attitude and said that she was not going to help me that I needed to wait in a very hostile and condescending way when I asked her for her name, she said she was not going to give it to me, which is very unprofessional she become very hostile And tried to intimidate me with getting workers to surround me for asking questions when the lady who was in the restroom finally came out she began to attack me as well I told him I just wanted to get my player card for my free play because I frequent there often they all begin to gang up on me which made me feel very uncomfortable and The lady who was handling issuing player cards, told me I need to get my player card and get the hell out of here That blew me away. I told him I did not want to play your car. I’m feeling very uneasy for my safety at this time and I turned around and left. And I ran from the building, not knowing how unpredictable their actions were. I do not feel comfortable going back to this establishment until these people have been held for their actions. It’s disgusting behavior and century needs to do better
