This was already one of our favorite casinos along our road trip from MN to FL but now the hotel is open ! Amazing. I've been all over the USA this may be the nicest suite yet . The jackpot suite. With an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the biggest TV ever seen it's unmatched. The casino is a good one. They have all the table games you love. All the slots. We have hit good ones here before. The fine dining was really good steak. Allison took good care of us and was very attentive to our needs. No jackpots this time but for me it's not all about winning money it's about the experience. We did hit a 10k one before here. Thanks guys great job on the new hotel. The room is at the top pictured here

I visited Century Casino in Cape Girardeau during the day, and it was a perfect experience. With fewer people around, I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to play at my own pace. The selection of slot machines and table games is impressive, catering to all preferences.

The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the welcoming vibe. While the dining options are satisfactory, a bit more variety would enhance the overall experience, also the white wine options are not great.
The layout is generally easy to navigate, making for a smooth visit.

Overall, Century Casino is a great spot for a fun day out, allowing you to fully enjoy all it has to offer.

Great place. Friendly staff. Hotel is really nice and clean. Great view of the river. Food at restaurants is good. Slot machines do need some updating. Several out of order, dim lights, lights not working on some buttons and sticky buttons. Nothing that would keep me from coming back as I had a great time.

My mother is almost 70 and had eye surgery at st francis in cape and is not allowed to hold her hear up for 48 hours she had to sleep on her stomach with her head hanging off end of bed. We had to be back at hospital at 8am the next morning for followup so we booked a room at this hotel. The night security at hotel was very nice. They were not allowed to let us use a wheel chair to get her to room but they did get the wheel chair and pushed her up to the room themselves and told us in the morning just to come back down and they would assist again. Now fast forward to 730am next morning. Morning shift security ? said first we they didn't have any wheel chairs. Liar! We nicely informed them that we knew they do have 1 and how nice they were last night and that we were told just to ask for help again this morning thinking that would matter. It did not. They were very rude , said we could not use wheel chair and that they would not use wheel chair to assist her from room to vehicle either. Said just hold her one arm to keep her from falling. I feel sorry for these men's moms if that is how they treat their own moms

My recent trip to Century Casino was quite the adventure! First off, my birthday was entered incorrectly on my card, which turned the app into a useless piece of digital art on the day of my visit. Imagine trying to explain to your phone that, no, you are not attempting identity theft—you just want to see your points balance!

The smoky atmosphere was also a bit much. I ended up needing a thorough shower to remove the Eau de Ashtray from my hair. But hey, a little extra hygiene never hurt anyone, right?

Despite the mix-ups and the need for a post-casino decontamination, I had a blast. The games were a ton of fun, and the staff was super friendly. All in all, Century Casino provided a memorable (if slightly smoky) experience!

Very clean establishment. Friendly staff members. Some days you win some ya loose. Just like any gambling establishment. All in all, very nice place to go.

Our room has a great view of the river - we requested it. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great in room coffee.
The restaurant downstairs had good late night chili after we hit the casino.
Just FYI you have to pay for drinks even when gambling- there was one cocktail waitress who was also the bar tender.
