We highly recommend Total Entertainment’s Boston Casino event offering. We had a wonderful experience; their service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. The table delivery was smooth, and the game tables were in great condition, just like being in a real casino. Most importantly, the dealers were fantastic. They were fun, engaging, took the time to teach us how to play, and had us laughing the whole night. If you can get Luc at your event, you are in great hands! The casino games made our event memorable and fun. From the thorough coordination leading up to the event with Annabelle and Rich, to the delivery and execution, the service was top notch!

We hired Total Entertainment for our office Casino holiday party and it was a blast. They are responsive and very easy to work with. Drop off/pick up was a breeze and on time. Everyone was professional and gave us ideas on how to make the space flow for more fun. The dealers were top-notch and so patient with all the newbies. I would highly recommend them for any event!!

The team of dealers was top notch, very personable and friendly to our guests and truly seemed to enjoy being part of our event. Rich setup a couple of poker tables at a friend's party and it was a lot of fun. One table had serious players who were playing for big money. The other table was for amateurs who Rich helped with the game. No judgements.. Just fun.. Everyone had a great time!! Thanks Rich!

We had BCE come into our high-rise office in the financial district for a team party of only about 20 people and it was a huge success. We had one poker table and one blackjack table with two dealers, it was the exactly the right set up for a small group. The dealers were experienced, educational, personable and flexible in how we formatted the night. Would definitely recommend.

We have used total Entertainment many many times over the past decade, always with great service, and we have always been very satisfied with the customer service. We have used them for bouncy houses, water slides, carnival related game rentals, popcorn machines, cotton candy machine, princesses, several different characters… We Highly recommend.
