As others have said, they make it impossible to withdraw winnings, while conveniently allowing you to cancel that withdrawal throughout the entire time.

I’ll be reporting them for deceptive business practices that go against the safe betting and gambling laws.

They do this on purpose so that you’ll be tempted over the waiting period to cancel the withdrawal and try to win more.

I’m currently waiting on a 4 figure payout from them and conveniently after submitting my documents, that section of the withdrawal queue disappeared entirely.

Another thing I noticed. While waiting in the Support Queue, I went from number 31 to 32, and again from 25 to 26.

To say that was frustrating is an understatement. This app is a joke. And everyone should use their bonus bet, take them for as much money as possible, and never play their games again. That’s what I’ll be doing.

And I’ll be recommending no on go near this app with a ten foot pole.

I would give 0 stars if avaliable. Do not use bet rivers for sports gambling. They do not honor promotions. After placing my first bet and winning. I went to withdraw my funds and my bet was canceled 55 minutes after I placed it by bet rivers. I was never notified They canceled my bet. Customer service made many excuses and even supervisor had no explanation and just apologized and said I could try again.

Absolutely the worse betting app and customer service possible... I couldn't even deposit money because the app was overloaded on NFL sunday and they made me go through Venmo instead of using my bank account directly because venmo is a sponsor so they need transactions go through that ... horrible people, no help, they won't even take my money... it's like a farm with no crops or a tire shop with no tires to sell. The CEO and all the IT employees should be fired. I won't go back. Using DraftKings

Probably the worst gambling app for withdrawal. They will not let me take my winning out of my account, keep getting decline for error on they part apparently and all way to withdraw you need make deposit with that payment method 1st lol . Just give me my money

Terrible online sportsbook. What the other reviews have said is accurate - this book throws a ton of obstacles at you when you seek to withdraw your winnings. I currently have 4 figure winnings tied up with them. Obstacle after obstacle. I strongly advise all potential players to stay away.

I would give this sport booking company lower if I could. The bet I placed was not honored even when I explained that Josh Allen had 3 touchdowns. It’s doesn’t say how he gets them but he has to score at least 2. So my $300 dollar winning they get to keep and gave me a lousy excuse. I will never give them my business again and beware you don’t get messed over like I did .

Do NOT google or search for other reviews. Another example, played 25 per spin, hit a bonus, $80 win. How does that math even work. SCAM. I've just put in a life time ban. short term scammers, long time loosers.. BR pays for SEM (search engine marketing), so aside from google having to review the truth in reviews, other searches will be saturated with marketing. This place is the worst of the worst, IMHO. I play all over the world, this was a bad place to try. There is no Possible way this casino adheres to GNP and normal distribution percentage of winning. I was told not to go to betrivers, but I had to throw a bunch just to check. If you do hit a bonus, it is significantly lower then any other casino pays for the bet amount. IMO doesn't seem legit. Play a $20, $50, or $100 slot, pays the same as .25 - $1 cent slot. Have fun! Penny slots may be ok.

Beware of betrivers.
They make it easy to take your money but jump through hoops to get it back. Much better casinos and sports books out there.
Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!
BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ALTERED ACCOUNT INFO DELISTED A CARD.
TRIED ANOTHER DEPOSIT METHOD THAT GAVE ME FUNDS IN CASINO BUT FAILED TO RETRIEVE THEM FROM MY BANK.
SO THEY CALL ME ABIUT IT , I TRY TO SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT AND TOLD LADY I WAS CHECKING MY ACCOUNT TO CONFIRM. SHE GOT MY INFO HUNG UP ON ME AND SENT MY DEBT TO COLLECTIONS!!!
USE FAN DUEL OR DRAFT KINGS. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.
