Played There On 11/1/24, Nice People, Fun Card Games, Had Some Food, Very Reasonable Priced. Definitely A Nice Atmosphere, Enjoyed My Time, Played 3 Card Poker For The 1st Time, Looking Forward To Coming Again Before Heading Back North.. Dealers Were Helpful, Robert, Sheri And A Couple Of Others, As I Was Learning The Game And How To Bet . Great Experience Overall..

Dealer (Anthony) screamed at me to “shut up!” after someone else on the table who I was heads up against said I shouldn’t have folded a hand and I played poorly, talking smack. I told Anthony that is not how you should be treating customers, especially after the situation that was at hand. Dealer then called over Juan who was the floor Manager, told him what happened and floor said I then needed to leave. I tip all the dealers every hand I win and take care of all of the employees. Floor manager (Juan) and dealer (Anthony) need to get fired. I have played here for 2 years and have never had a problem with anyone else. This was the first time I have seen Juan as the floor manager. Ruben escorted me out of the building and talked to me about the whole situation afterwards outside of the building and was great! This location already struggles to get players. No business under any circumstances should treat their customers in such a manner, especially repeat, recurring customers. Poor business etiquette and I will not be coming back.

Nice poker room...really like the dealers and how they accommodate players. Wish the High hands were one or two cards play and wish the they were higher payouts. They do have a bad beat, but not sure what it is.. also the high hand is only Jack's full or better, so not as many roll overs. Thev have a members card, but I do not think it you get rewards from it...

This place Is very nice and clean. Well managed. We won didn’t lose which is great. Food was surprisingly good. Crab dumplings were fire. Fried Rice was missing some key ingredients but was tolerable. Wings were fire?(teriyaki). Drinks are a little expensive stuck with ice cold Coronas. Not giving 5stars because One dealer messed up a good 4-5 times, so made my game more difficult to focus on, not very trust worthy, so pay attention. In all we had a good time. Will return!

I went when it was not busy at all. It is clean and laid back. I haven't been to Regency in years because of the crowd and atmosphere. This is much different and I like it.

This was my first experience in a card house and it was lovely. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and very informative card dealers of you had any questions about any games. I highly recommend visiting
