Probably one of my favorite casinos in the area to gamble at. Love the people who run it, meet the nicest people who play there, just a very friendly atmosphere. The food is always great with very large portions. The machines are not new, just a forewarning, but they are fun and I have never met a person there I did not like. It is like old home week walking in. They have wonderful promotional play days..try it, you'll like it!

This casino might be smaller than what you typically envision, but it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the surrounding mountain ranges from the parking lot. Inside, there's a variety of slot games, a bar, a cozy lounge, and an outdoor seating area. They do have a few table games, though they run only during specific hours, which unfortunately didn't align with my visit. I tried the virtual blackjack for fun and ended up losing $10, but still enjoyed the experience.

I have gambled (slots only) at Tucson casinos for close to 30 years. Do you know in that time, I've never had even ONE handpay ? Pathetic, right? Yet I still go cause they are close to home.... one is walking distance ?
We started going to Apache Sky shortly after they opened, and I had my first handpay there within maybe 6 months. AMAZING ♥️
Since that time, we try to go every other month if we can and I've had (2) more handpays as well.
Yes, it's a small place. Yes, it's about 75 miles from my house. But, I don't care....any casino willing to give me decent freeplay amounts and actually make me feel like they want my business, is a WINNER in my book.
Now, I won't say that I've won on every trip.....but I always feel I can at least break even here, unlike the Desert Diamond or Del Sol near me.

Years ago, when this casino first opened, it was quite a disappointment.
But I went just recently and had a good time.
It is sort of like a very large mobile home and not big on ambience but a lot of varied machines. They have many of the lower cost machines that I like and they keep me playing for a long time.
They have a free, self serve soda and coffe area in the back room, which I also like.
Comfortable atmosphere and nice people.
There is also a nice, large seating area, picnic style in the back.
Only downfal is no restaurant. Only food available is cooked on a food truck in the back lot. I ordered a carne asada burrito which i found edible but not good.
The meat was tepid and chewy. Cheese was straight from the bag style and cold. Like it was sprinkled on as an after thought. The flour tortilla was also barely warmed up.
I only ate it because I was hungry.
I do plan to go again but will take my own food.

Just about one hour north of Tucson's downtown area, on the Oracle Hwy.
This little casino has many years to go before it will have its own hotel on site. But you can already see that is the future for the location near Winkelman, AZ.
I was driving some passengers this particular morning, and while I personally did not win big, they did. Together, the couple hit four hand payouts in the space of under three hours, for a total of approximately $6,000+. The lady hit a jackpot for $3,300.
So I have seen this little casino pay, and pay handsomely. I will continue to take my paying passengers there when they are looking for a "different" place to have fun.
The location has ample handicapped facilities, and a police auxiliary station on site.

#1 AZ Casino to me! Place is Not over crowded with many favorite slots I enjoy to play. It's worth an hours drive and beautiful scenario. All staff and security always friendly and help ful.

It's a nice local casino, people are super friendly. Had lunch there, huge portions. It's a good share lunch. Staff is great. Always clean, place to walk pets (bring abag for pick up) as always, never met a casino i didn't like.

Very nice casino small but clean, security walks around in the parking lot. So my car is good. Extra clean bathrooms.?
