I recently had an excellent experience with ALSA slots. They provided great communication during the service of our slot machine and even spent time teaching me how to take care of it and enjoy my new game machine. The technician went out of his way to make sure my repairs were done properly. The staff are all friendly, courteous and professional. I was blown away by how nice everyone was. For years I had searched the DFW metroplex for someone to repair my home slot machines, but I could not find anyone. Recently, through and internet search, I found Alsa Slots LLC. I had two 25+ year old slot machines that needed repair. They sent out a repair technician, Alex Ramirez, who quickly diagnosed the problems with both of these old machines, and then repaired them in a timely manner on the spot. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and I cannot praise him any more highly. So, for anyone who needs repair work on slot machines, then I most definitely recommend Alsa Slots LLC!!!

Highly recommend Alsa Slots. Good communication from scheduling was a nice start. Alex our technician arrived, was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Alex was great. Fixed our antique slot machine quickly. Very honest and great service. Thank you Alex and Alsa Slots!!

These guys are amazing, a couple of months ago i had Alex service my 3 machines and he did a great job and got them up and running and fine tuned my Super jackpot party machine as well. Really nice guy and the prices are affordable.
