I recently used SLO Plastering for a job at a clients house and found their work to be professional, but was discouraged by the length of time it took to complete the project. The job was to repair and patch around a sliding glass door that had to be re-installed. Then reapply a new color coat to the repaired exterior wall and the adjacent one as well for the best result visually. The total time from start to finish was almost 2 months and should have been easily completed within two to three weeks with proper planning. Again, the work came out fantastic and the client was pleased with the end result, but it was obvious the length of time to complete was a disappointment to the client and myself.

I was in need of a stucco patch around an electrical panel that I had to have changed out at my home. The electrical contractor that changed the panel recommended I call Slo Plastering to do the job. I called their office at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. Ryan answered and set an appointment with me to look at the patch at 8 a.m. the following morning. The following morning, Ryan arrived at my house at 8 a.m. sharp. He quoted a reasonable price and said he had an employee available to lath the patch later that morning. I agreed to proceed and the lath was complete by noon. I called the city for an inspection of the lath as Ryan had said to do. The inspector said he would come out first thing the next morning. When I called Ryan to let him know, he said he would send a plasterer to do the plaster work later that morning. The lath passed inspection and his guy arrived around 11 a.m. I greeted the worker as I was preparing to leave for several hours. His guy said he would be most likely be gone by the time I was expecting to return and because he was using an accelerated setting cement, the patch would be 100 percent complete when I got back. Sure enough when I returned around 4 p.m. there was no sign of anyone having been there except for the completed patch. The worker left absolutely no trace of his presence except for the fact that the patch was done. Immaculate clean up and an incredible job on the patch. It's a completely undetectable transition from new to old which is impressive since the house was built in the 60's. Also impressive was the fact that the job was complete within 48 hours of my initial call to them. Their business is top notch. Best experience I have had with a contractor.
