Our 1 night stay was very nice, Rooms were clean , all our questions and conversations while
checking in, checking out and with the little bit of gambling we're cordial/informative and knowledgeable. We are in the restaurant and there were plenty enough options that made it hard to choose. We both pick options off the comfort food category and we're pleased with our entries. We will stop back again some day.

Had my wedding reception here and it wasn't what I expected. The food that we had ordered wasn't right and they freaked out on my family that was trying to take their leftovers home even the wedding cake that we brought in. And the lady that set everything up said she would be there at our wedding reception to help with whatever we needed and she wasn't there the day of our wedding reception. Her name is Mariah. If it wasn't for my friends and family I would not had a good time. Also the regular hotel rooms don't have refrigerators and that bummed me out, cause how am I suppose to keep my drinks cold?

Hotel rooms are clean, organized, and spacious. From a one bedroom to a suite, they're all wonderful! Staff is on point and can answer questions without hesitation, which shows they enjoy their job. Will be going back again..and again...and again ha ha

This was our first time here and I must say I was not impressed. We drove over two hours to check this place out. There were a few good things, such as; it has a nice size gaming floor, it is clean, friendly staff, not much smoke. The things we didn’t like, started with Bingo. I can keep up with the caller at almost anywhere I go. But playing 18 cards was a disaster. By the time I got almost done with one number she was onto the next and I wasn’t even caught up. The ventilation for smoke was. It the best. It is a smaller room and the smoke was awful. The employees messed up on our boards and gave us the wrong ones. We spent almost $300 and had a mess of issues.

We are at the restaurant and I must say it was not what we expected. It was more towards unhealthy choices. Lots of fried foods. The Chicken Wild Rice soup had ZERO flavor. Almost like it was made with water. I added salt and pepper and it didn’t even help. The texture was okay, but maybe the chef should try it before he sends it off to the guests. I had the cheesy potatoes and they tasted just like canned potatoes. It was rather disappointing. The rolls you could tell had been thawed and reheated because they were hard. The chicken was extremely overcooked and crusty and the veggies were cold.

Rooms - we are used to a king size bed and ended up with 2 double beds. My wife is 5’2” and she could touch the bottom of the bed, I am not sure how someone 6’ would be comfortable.

The tv in the room was super tiny!!! Come one, upgrade the tvs and add a mini fridge for the guests. I was rather frustrated when we had no fridge. One thing I will never understand is why supply guests with the CHEAPEST toilet paper? All that comes from that is using way more than needed. The toilet paper and Kleenex were super cheaper and harsh. We asked for extra blankets and none were ever delivered to our room. If you like flat pillows you will like these ones. The sheets were really itchy and crusty feeing. Nothing was soft and welcoming.

Morning coffee - we stood for 10 min and not one person greeted us and or said they would be with us shortly. There were 3 ladies working and only 1 couple sitting eating breakfast.

With all the other casinos around we were not a fan of this place. We love keno and couldn’t find a good .5 cent machine. The machines were super tight.

I went to JJ, because of a 3 card poker promotional.
(They sent this information out too there rewards members in USPS nothing after for corrections) ....so

Come to find out they weren't doing it. I asked them to look into it. The Rewards center WORKER was about to get her MGR when...
(I was at rewards center asking for something in return for false advertising)

Sorry, but thats wrong and it was a misprint.
Its another game and theres nothing we can do. This/that is a bunch of BS especially to false advertised and than say it can change anytime.
( change is to stop the promotion,
not to switch the game )
After this happen I would suggest to anyone not even to go there.

My story=
I go to JJ all the time. Will win here an there yea of course lose sometimes.
But the last year it seems like there pay outs got worse, or not even paying.

MY OPTION = LETS TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM
Jackpots lower Sioux, an casino Staff who dont treat customers correctly when the customer(was right)

The best part of are visit was are room we had a suite.we were here last year had a great experience I had 250 in free play decided to go back. We drove 2 1/2 hours .the smoke in the casino was horrible the ventilation needs to be updated. We did not experience this a year ago.the machines were super tight .and because of the smoking in the casino we will not be back

Worst experience I've ever had at a casino. We got there at 4pm got our room and it is low end. 3 small lamps to light the room so it is very dark in room. Bedding smells like smoke. No water pressure, to flush a number 2 it takes 3 tries. No frig and the tv is small with no selection of channels. I got a rewards card and played over $200 and got 200 points. I went to my room and came back down at midnight for triple points. Spent $300 hit nothing and only had 316 points at end of night. Felt totally ripped off. Got to bed at 1:30 am. Fire alarm went off at 3:30am. Had to stand outside at zero degrees, and nobody could tell us what to do. After an hour went buy I grabbed my stuff and drove home. To sum it up ,tight machines, crappie rooms, poor management. I didnt get my rewards, $25 gas.WON'T BE BACK

I only give it 3 stars because of the smoking. Other than that it isn't too bad here. Spacious between the machine banks and friendly staff. Food options are pretty good as well.
