I have visited Bally's casino in Chicago regularly for almost six months. While it's a good casino laid out over three levels, it's not great, but one only needs to know it's temporary. Eventually, the permanent location will open in the River West neighborhood, which, I'm sure, will be amazing! It took about a month for me to learn the layout and to find a few machines that I enjoy playing. I stop in a few times a week, and most of the time, I come out a winner. While this location could be better, it's never too crowded, and the staff is always pleasant. I usually have a good time, and I'm able to walk out the door with a few bucks. I'll reserve final judgment for the new, permanent location whenever that may open.

I went to here by 1/8 . 10pm in 2 hours later After I left, I went to the parking lot on the 11th floor to pick up my car, I saw that three of my window were smashed and everything inside the car was ransacked. I told the casino to give me an answer, but the casino ignored me, also said that it had nothing to do with the casino, and the parking lot on the 11th floor was bought by the casino for guests to park their cars. It is simply a gamble with one's life, being robbed or physically attacked every minute, and the casino is not responsible. I hope everyone will stop going to such a rotten casino and very dangerous places 我1/8晚上十點到這家賭場找朋友,我是12點離開,我離開之後去了11樓停車場取車,才發現我的3個車窗玻璃被砸碎,車裡面的東西被洗劫一空,我告知賭場要給我一個交待,賭場不但沒理我,還擺出不關賭場的事,11樓停車場本是賭場買給客人停車用的,如今發生這樣的事情,真是太危險的地方了,根本是在賭命,分分鍾被打劫或人身攻擊,賭場ㄧ概不負責,像這樣的爛賭場,希望大家別再去,這是在跟生命開玩笑

Being that this casino is in the middle of the city really think they would have a bag check. The restrictions are a bit excessive, especially for not having an option to check a bag. I am a rewards member and never come to this casino because of all of the issues just trying to get into the door. For as much effort and finances they put into the free parking and shuttle services, they could surely afford a back check. If you are someone just wanting to enjoy the casino with friends or coworkers after a day at the office, you better be sure you don’t bring anything with you from the office.

It was nice Casino, it was my first time to explore this place. Everything is well managed and nice. I saw people using table for some games and bets. It was fun and nice experience.

If you like casino I would say it’s the perfect one. It has 3 floors and all are pack and people are having great fun around ☺️

I will definitely recommend this Casino 🎰 ☺️

Very chill casino with friendly staff. They have a variety of different casino games on all 3 levels. I recommend stopping in to check it out! Great Espresso Martinis.

Came in with a guest from overseas to show off what Chicago has to offer and unfortunately the security lady at the front didn’t know how to scan a passport. Maneger by the name of Ace came to help and couldn’t figure out how to work the system either. As we waited patiently willing to comply we saw multiple guest just walk in without showing an id. We are in 2025 and this business has been open long enough to have their staff strained to use equipment properly.

I mean it’s a casino meant to take your money. That’s it that’s all. Maybe if I had won something I would have more of an opinion. Not a gambler but I like to experience things when visiting cities, it was a block from the hotel… so I came, I saw, spent $25 and left.
