The butter milk tenders for brunch is a good tasting choice at the raceway restaurant.

Nice venue and friendly staff. I asked for ice coffee but I got watered down dishrag dirty water in taste 😂 my fault cause I thought I’ll trust the automated coffee machine to deliver.

Also, not sure why the raceway is wasting away in the winter, they could still be innovative and do Santa slay & rain-deer races just for fun and make $$.

Hell, they can even label plows with numbers and open up the bets on what plot/plow finishes first all in good fun…

I’m just saying at some point people with money lose sight of plain old fun that can generate income all because they tend to pay so much attention to prestige!

You can still do your horse races in the summer folks. Be innovative and do something in the winter as well! You are a raceway after all located in a 4-5 months winter climate!

Bon casino, mais ce n’est pas le Casino du Lac-Leamy. Machines et tables diversifiés. Service correct, sans plus. D’ailleurs, service aux machines old-school, aucun libre-service. Le meilleur s’en vient en 2025 avec l’arrivée de la bannière Hard Rock et l’hôtel qui va avec.

We went specifically to the Joint venue. Which is a greateive music and entertainment area.. it seems a renovated space with a dedicated drink bar and social area. we liked it a lot. The lighting and sound is really good.

I am giving a one star review due to the horrible selection of slot machines and the management not caring about the customers experience. The type of slots I play are 1 line/3 reel at 25cent denomination. They have all been taken out of the establishment

90% of all the machines at this casino are 1cent denomination and super high volatility. The few other denominations they have are also very high volatility machines.

This is a horrible experience for budget and small bank roll players. A casino should cater to all types of players, not just people with deep pockets. As a result to these games being removed, I won't ever have a reason to visit this place again.

As for the management, The slot manager showed no empathy when I had explained to her that I just made a 3 hour commute only to find out that every single game I would play was gone. She did not offer me any comps and didn't even apologize. Absolutely atrocious experience.

Rideau Carleton is an absolute joke of a casino and the management should be ashamed of the service they provide.

Great dinner at Caffe Italiano. The food was hot and delicious. Excellent service. Fun ladies night at the races and casino too. My meal was mushroom ravioli with proseco cream sauce. Delicious.

It's ok, choice of games is a little limited. No poker is also not great. The free play is better than most but no self serve drinks is bothersome. The food selection is adequate but not much more than that. Overall an ok place to go but it could be much better
