Casino is very organized and clean.
My host Jennifer Chow, is always going the extra mile to accommodate my ADA needs and entertainment requests.I try to visit casino every other month and stay 3 nights. Live closer to Hard Rock Tampa, but willing to drive the 3.5 hrs to Immokalee due to my host.
Rooms are 5 star. Food is good and plenty of it.

I would love to come back. My late husband and I enjoyed every visit to the casino. My mother lived in Naples so we didn't stay at the hotel but it must be lovely. We had been coming to the casino prior also to the opening of the hotel and even before that when the slot machines were video games. Long time ago. I'd love to visit again!

I went out to actually visit the deli because they have great sandwiches but when I arrived, there was a car show motorcycle show and a vintage dress day for women. It was very very inviting the atmosphere was everything there were food trucks and vendors selling various items it’s a great day to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather here in Florida.

I have been a guest of our Seminole Tribe for over 40 years, and I do miss the "good old days" and how things used to be.
Having said that, I am proud and grateful of the Tribe to have acquired the HardRock enterprise!
People think of the Tribes gaming establishments as a regular casino, and it is, but it is also so much more! It is ours to appreciate and operate and have fun within the parameters the Seminole Tribe of Florida set!
Thank you, Seminole Tribe of Florida, and here's to many more decades!

To whom it might concern! I live in Naples, Florida and I frequent this casino because it’s very convenient versus the one in Fort Lauderdale! Today the three of us which usually go to this casino left very disappointed! We went to the first Street deli, which is the deli at the entrance of the hotel casino, after we spent several thousand dollars playing, we wanted to have something to eat before we head back to Naples! We were greeted by a very rude individual by the name of Julio! He seemed to be the hostess if I’m not mistaken, tall, slender with long curly hair fluffy! We asked to be seated where we usually seat which is towards the end on the left corner at the round booth! He asked how many we were we said three! Which are always three of us because we usually go play at the casino and it’s always the three of us I’ve been sitting in this booth many times the place was 50% empty and when I told them that we have been seated before the three of us, we explained it to him, he very rudely said that we were liars that that was a lie! And on the way where he was going to see us, he was mumbling some garbage, which I clearly understood! Again, I would expect that a hotel/casino of this magnitude would be more careful who they hire to take care of their customers! We were so upset that we actually just got up and left and we decided to come back to Naples and eat something here instead! For me to write a review like this takes quite a bit! But this was quite a bit of disappointment and this is the reason why I take my time to write this review! I hope that management or whomever this concerns takes action in this matter! Again, very disappointed with the treatment with a staff member of this resort today and it’s the reason why I took my time to write this! Thank you!

Was at the casino on 01/13/2025 from around 5 PM to Midnight. Appreciate the live music, however it was so loud you could not hear the calls at the craps table and the dealers struggled to hear peoples bets. Caused a lot of confusion.

As far as the craps table, it is way too long. Can't say I have ever seen a table that long before, easily 4 feet longer than a standard craps table. Several shooters struggled to hit the end of the table with the dice while other shooters were over compensating for the extra length and throwing the dice off the table. The table length was a big turn off.

Dealers and staff were very friendly and made for a fun experience. I really appreciate that. If not for the great dealers at the craps table I would not have stayed near as long as I did.

Most likely will not return to this location, I am primarily a craps player and I can't stress enough how much I did not enjoy that extra long table.
