My husband and I spent 2 nights here right after Christmas as a birthday celebration for me. We stayed in the Tower and had the best time! Our room was clean and nicely furnished. It was very comfortable to just hang out in.

Check-in was easy. They took our car and held our bags when we got there early in the morning for a spa appointment before the room was ready. Highly recommend treating yourself to a spa treatment also.

We loved the ease of walking from our room to the shops, restaurants, and machines; all very accessible. I loved the holiday decorations, especially the gingerbread houses. Our favorite restaurants were Upstate Tavern for lunch and Pino Bianco for dinner. Bad Burro in the food court was perfect for some yummy tacos when we didn't have a lot of time. And Opals! I spent so much money there.

Overall, this is a place I know we will come back to again for an overnight or 2 night stay. I know they decorate seasonally, so I would love to see another theme.

We had a good time while here. when we walked into the room, we smelt fresh paint. I'm not sure if it was newly renovated or just touch-up paint, but the room was very nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in. Gambling was fun although we didn't win and all the food choices were great. Didn't get to try any deserts, but maybe next time.

Beautiful casino with restaurants, I love Opal's Bakery! Today we visited for the Gingerbread House Display. Incredible workmanship! Fun holiday experience. And....a stop at Opals afterwards.

Spent the night. It was like a mini vacation. It was fun guessing the movie presented by each theme in The Christmas Movie Village! Great atmosphere! The staff are friendly, and dinner at Upstate Tavern was delicious 😋

What a beautiful holiday meal this was. Everything was cooked to perfection. First Coates was pumpkin ravioli, 2nd course was an absolute beautiful and delicious salad ,for main course you could choose from short ribs, traditional turkey or cauliflower steak.
There were a ton of desserts and all were delicious . I recommend the short ribs!!! It was decorate and there was someone making balloon animals
For the kiddos and music. Also a cash bar . We will be back, the staff was very professional and polite. They keep up with empty plates and refills.

I attended a Dustin Lynch concert back in May and again for Keith Urban in December. I would definitely go back to Turning Stone for future concerts. It's so easy to get in and out. The size of the concert hall is wonderful. Not a bad seat in the house.

Love it here. In the Tower this time. Rooms are very nice. Love the restaurants also, Pino Bianco, Emeralds, 7 Kitchens, Opals Confectionary and the Food Hall. We play Bingo and the slots. Everything is here that you need. Fitness center is high end with machines, free weights, pool, hot tub, etc.
