Attended the New Years Eve party featuring The group Blammo at the convention center. The venue and decorations were great. The entertaining was great. The food offerings were slim and not that great, except for the roast beef sandwich which was very good. The dance floor was a great size and we had a lot of fun dancing. The biggest drawback was only one bar and bartender in the room for general admission. The wait was 35 to 45 minutes in line to purchase a drink. The poor bartender was overwhelmed. Love to go again next year. Please put 2 bars and bartenders in the general admission section and place the cookies and desserts closer to the exit as many people did not see them as they were leaving. Thank you for offering the New Year’s Eve party!

Checked in using my husband's license and credit card, tried our keys and they wouldn't work. He went to the front desk and the lady was very rude, telling him his name wasn't on the room, so he had to come and get me and when I asked the same lady her response was Well we all have problems. Took 5 keys before they worked. Then TV didn't work and right outside our room was a trash can with throw up it in. Had to report it cause it was still there the next morning. Housekeeping changed the liner but left the can in the hall way. Microwave was broken in the room. We have stayed many times and there is always a issue. From security knocking on our door at 11pm, without a phone call, to change the battery in the door, that was working fine, to finding security keys being left in our room. But this last time was the worst. Sad experience for sure and was made to think it was our fault. Poor customer service

A great place. CLEAN. I have never made.so comments about how clean a place was. I assumed it had just opened but been many years. Everyone was so helpful and informative. Drinks were made just right. Customer service to get a card was above and beyond help. To s of food options. Beautiful building. Will be back and recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Four Winds Casino. Timbers Restaurant, inside the casino, has wonderful burgers and fries, that's not the only thing you can get from them, but it's what my wife and I had. She had a cheese burger combo and I had the patty melt combo. The French fries at this place never disappoints me. Lastly, there's also a smoking lounge for those of you who like to smoke.

Love this casino!! Very spacious, clean, and everyone is nice and pleasant. Love how the waitresses always make sure your ok, and have what you need.😀 overall my experience was absolutely GREAT!!! Will come back over and over again. Oh yes I did win some money too.👀

I stay here almost every weekend. Love the showers! The rooms are nice but the walls are thin. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It's usually pretty quiet, but just in case! TVs are big and beds are comfy...I love it here! Come stay and win big!
