The rooms are great. Travel for me is about 1.5 hours. As a member you get free play money and free entries to be entered in drawings to win money, cars, etc. I enjoy going. Some days are good and others not always. But I still go. I can't really complain. Just never have had my name called for a drawing for the cash, cars, sweepstakes. Been there a lot. That is my only complaint but not a deal breaker for sure. I will keep going because I have a lot of fun, most days 😁

We went to the casino on a Saturday night and it was busy. We still were able to play what we wanted, and enjoyed the live band and free soft drinks as well. It's a smoking environment, FYI. You will smell afterward.

Came here to celebrate my girl's birthday. Had a blast! The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Emploees were very nice. The buffet was hands down the best I've ever had. Everything we ate was excellent, made to perfection. Very rare for a buffet

poor service! we booked our room. checked in they failed to tell us,we unpacked went to the casino and 1/2 the casino is turned off replacing carpet. DO NOT COME OVER this week. told the front desk that they should have told us when we checked in. we would have went to Indigo. then the front desk person just shrugged their shoulders. Absolutely poor representation.

Very nice spacious room, comfortable bed and beautiful place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful. The person who helped us on the phone with our reservation prior to arriving was so very nice and helpful. Very quiet at night, so nice place to stay. Nice Casino. This was the nicest place we stayed on our 4-week road trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and casino! Room was clean and spacious. Some maintenance needed, but everything works as it should.
We went for our anniversary and had a great time. Slots were not very generous, we may try again at a later date.

Super chill and fun place me and my boys went down because I promised I’d take em to a casino when they turned 19. We didn’t eat there but Joplin Missouri isn’t that far if you want food and the location is great. Good staff and dealers and good tables my only wish is that they had 1/5$ tables for beginners for blackjack but other than that this place is a 5/5

My name is Steven and I am writing to you because of my encounter with your management team of the slots. I was playing Saturday when I asked several waitresses for a cup of coffee, they told they are unable to do that for me and somebody will be by to take care of me. Now there was one nice waitress that got me a cup of coffee but then there no one at any point and time after that when I repeatedly asked. Now what get me further frustrated is your slot manger, That I spoke with today made an unacceptable excuse that it was because it was Saturday night because your so busy. Now I find this to be disturbing because, the people below him are looking at him for leadership. Now if he may need guidance to lead. There should not be any excuse for that correct the problem, apologize and recognize the problem.
A team works together and takes care of the customer no matter how big or how small the request is. Now I had to speak with your escalation team manager to resolve the issue. Now if the Team Manager of Slots had apologized to me, I would have let it go and wouldn't have brought to the attention of escalation team manager he resolved the issue but I wanted to make sure you have a hard copy of my complaint. Over a simple cup of coffee this why I made this complaint. I never had a problem anywhere I play Slots. I have had this experience only at Down Stream Casino. In the past and present. Please take corrective action make your customer feel special that they want to come back. Thank you for your Time.
