Place is really nice looking, very modern feeling, and the location is awesome. Its a great casino... if you like slots. 95%+ floor space is nothing but slots.

The few tables they do have, all have their minimum bet jacked. It's complete BS that you can't find a blackjack table under $25 a hand. Sitting at the bar, staring at 2 closed tables, which apparently they'd rather leave closed than drop the minimum to $10 or even $15 bucks.

Got $500 in my pocket, so I don't mind losing the money. But at $25 a hand, that's only 20 bets, maybe a shoe and a half. No thanks.

Really bummed, first time here and it looked really promising. Oh well, won't be back.

Having heard mixed reviews about this establishment, I decided to visit for the first time and bring my mother along to celebrate her birthday. Upon arriving, I visited the information desk in the casino to ask about using the cards, but was met with poor customer service. The staff displayed several negative emotions, including yelling and condescension, which was disappointing. As someone who avoids conflict, I ended the conversation promptly and requested to speak with a manager. I believe it is essential for staff to provide clear guidance and support, especially for first-time visitors. Additional customer service training may be beneficial to address this issue. On a positive note, the establishment is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, although the parking structure was somewhat confusing to navigate initially.

The suite was gorgeous with the highlight being the deep soak tub. This critter ruined the WHOLE night 🥺 There is very little chance of winning and while I don't gamble I watched people lose hundreds of dollars on the slots. As much as I would have loved to enjoy the tub I won't be back.

Been coming here for years and the slots at this location rarely pay out. Only casino I have ever been to on multiple occasions that always has bad payout. It’s not just certain slots it’s all of them no matter what you play. expect to come here with at least a grand and willing to loose half of it within the first half hour your there. DO NOT PLAY MACHINES AFTER MIDNIGHT THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WHATSOEVER Maybe you will get lucky and only lose a little bit but take a look around when your there ain’t no one happy everyone is stone cold face and losing. Definitely don’t recommend this location better luck at the gas station down the road or the bars. After the renovation it got even worse. If you’re trying to win I would seriously think about a different casino.

I've stayed here a few times and typically it's not a bad place to hang out for a night. However the staff, especially at the front counter is extremely rude. The room i was provided was not worth what i was charged. We were treated so poorly by the staff that I dont think I'll be returning. Customer service needs to be addressed at this place asap.

So I have been going here for quite some time over the past decade maybe longer it has definitely came a long way. I decided to delete my original review And give my advice on what I think about it now. The reason why I go there now is because of the nightlife for Saturday. I am very into the whole DJ and dancing thing so this is why I go. I think that was a smart move for them to put a DJ in there. Although I wish they would have the DJ play until 2 AM. And keep DJ Bizzon he is the best DJ by far. The other DJs are OK but he is the best. The vibe is always good. He always plays really good dancing music. We usually go every Saturday. Although there have been incidents where they were perverts and people hitting on me, we definitely don’t go there for that, but I try my hardest to ignore those things and focus on a good time. Overall, I just wish you guys would extend to 2 AM for the DJ as sometimes we can’t get there until almost 10 Pm and I like to enjoy my time as long as possible. But I know you probably wouldn’t extend how long the DJ is there but maybe in the future please don’t ever get rid of the DJ in the dance floor and if you guys can put more tables by the dance floor that would be great because sometimes there’s none. I’m a little upset that street eats is gone too. They had the best brisket although they got rid of that and changed the menu then ultimately shred it down to put more tables. I’m not a huge gambler, but I love to eat so we have to go downstairs and I like to stay near the music. I definitely will be coming here on my birthday and celebrating. Thanks for the entertainment, especially since Victor‘s the nightclub is closed down We need this entertainment to stay!

We went to the Sportsbook yesterday, 12/26. Went to the bar first and then to a table for dinner service. Great teamwork from all employees. Saw the tall manager(Cory) helping behind the bar and helping with tables. Great service at the bar and even better service from Larry. We will be back. Try the pretzel and chicken dinners.
