I visit at least once per month with my in laws. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful.

They have many poker machines and table games. The seniors I travel with love the game themed slots with lots of lights and sounds.

There is a bar and a few places to eat.

If you travel with a group, you can drop them off at one of the entrances to reduce walk times.

Really good experience. They offer you a card with $25 for free to take dinner or play.

Place is clean and employees are nice. Place is small. Not allowed to take videos or photos. You are forced to delete the pictures you take but remember that means nothing because photos go to your recently deleted folder so you can recover them. I’ve never been to a casino that doesn’t allowed photos. Very strange. I’ll never go back.

Our large group really enjoyed visiting this Hollywood casino. The people who work there I must say we're all very helpful and always pleasant when assisting us. They. really made the place enjoyable, thus I would like to personally mention a few of them:
Betsy, the slot attendant was very helpful in getting us to understand how to work the cards for the slot machines.
Lauren at the sports bar restaurant did an amazing job with our large group of 20 people.
Eureka at the cashier counter was another outstanding employee that helped us with our large group getting us all started on our cards.

There was a very disruptive patron, making it very uncomfortable for over 15 minutes. It is little disappointing, that it took that long after being told and shown and could hear the disruptive patron in question to be asked to leave. Need to be a little quicker on that. I gave clear direction who the disruptive patron was. I pointed to him from 10 feet away gave a description and used the word disruptive. When someone is that disruptive they should be escorted out immediately. Waiting over 15 minutes after your first interaction with the patron to finally get them out of there made a lot of us leave as well and feel uncomfortable. Something to add is that this all happen about 20 feet from the table games were there are dealers and pit bosses, this should have been shut down quickly. The communication was lacking today.

So my night started off at the cashier cage because I needed a new card, come to find out I never had a card with them and the extremely friendly cage cashier informed me that she loaded 25.00 in free slot play for being a new customer on NYE of all nights, let me tell you I only played that 25.00 all night and came home with an extra 91.00 in my pocket. All thanks to that kind woman for going above and beyond. I was so thankful as it was definitely appreciated. They had nice photo walls set up for pictures on NYE and they gave away free hats etc. We had a ton of fun while listening to Hi Infidelity band play. Every worker we came in contact with was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back again, next time to try the steak house.
