I love going in and just taking my chances on lingo. The staff is amazing, they do recognize frequent guests and have great attitudes. They take their jobs seriously and consistently do it well. I think being able to frequent a place like a casino and feel comfortable walking in every time says a lot about how it's ran. Not an easy place to win at but if it were easy, would you really enjoy it that much?

Lets Ride

I made a non-refundable reservation for a suite a month ago because I had a wedding to attend and needed a place to get ready beforehand. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was frustrating. I assumed check-in was at 3 PM, but when I tried to check in electronically that morning, I noticed it wasn’t until 4 PM. Since I had to be at the wedding rehearsal at 4, I called the front desk at 9 AM and spoke to Ashley, explaining my situation. She said she couldn’t guarantee an early check-in but would “see what she could do.”

When I arrived at 3:30 PM, other guests were checking in, but I was told my room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been serviced yet. Ashley had not communicated anything to the staff or left a note about my earlier request. I was offered no solution except to wait. I asked for a different room, but since I booked a non-refundable rate through Hilton’s website, they claimed they couldn’t accommodate the change.

The manager eventually cleaned the room themselves, and I was finally able to check in at 4:10 PM—too late for me to make it to the rehearsal on time.

The one saving grace of my stay was the excellent casino staff later that evening. While I’d visit the casino again, I’d definitely look for a different hotel next time.

Travel from clinton mo to spe6an afternoon and play a little and had lunch in the restaurant. Ordered but. With fry bad. Toast hard as a rock. Bacon over cooked fry cold. Server no help and person at check uot no help just said sorry. We'll most likely we'll not be back and can not recommend to other. Gaming floor is nice but not food.

Just over the SW Missouri and Kansas boarder. Small clean casino. Smoke is at a minimum most days. Great food. Five dollar craps. Would be nice if they opened their craps table earlier in the day during the week. There is a good mix of the most popular slots. They also have Ultimate Texas Hold-Em and the rest of the popular table games.

The Casino wasn't too bad but the 1 star is for the hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 1600(4pm) and the room wasn't ready until almost 1900(7pm). Good thing we had planned to be at the casino for a while. 3 hour late check in is ridiculous! Never coming back to this hotel

New Years Eve was so boring. Only 3 drawings all night, took forever to get an alcohol drink, and nobody was winning on the machines. I’ve never heard so many people complaining about the machines not hitting. I don’t go very often but I’m done giving them my money.

We had a great time! The slots were great and we had a lot of fun. The slots were definitely putting out and they didn't cost a fortune to play at a higher denomination like others we have been to. We won good amounts on the games we played and went home happy. One of my favorites so far, wish we lived closer and weren't just passing through while traveling.
