I like the vibe.
Went in Sunday 4pm class with Lorraine, it’s not heated, good for me just came back to practice after a long long time.
Love you can refill your water there, no plastic bottle! And surprisingly have decent amount of Asian fans, there were total 6 Asian ladies there including me, feel belonging

Only attended one class so far but plan to return often. Clean environment with a friendly helpful instructor (Aimee). They offer so many different classes that will work with my unusual schedule.

I love this studio! They do primarily hot (and warm) classes but also offer non-heated. It is a great variety of classes and every class accommodates all levels of your practice. Staff/instructors are so nice welcoming. I did a 10 class pass to try them out and immediately signed up for a membership.

The teachers were nice, but I stopped going here after my trial ended because some of the teachers had synthetic fragrance candles in the lobby. Synthetic fragrance is toxic - I've been able to fix a variety of health issues by completely avoiding it. There aren't good laws to deal with it as a product safety issue yet, so unfortunately people who care about it need to choose it as a lifestyle.

Kristen Twele is a wonderful teacher, I loved the class and the newly added heat lamps are awesome. The overall energy of the studio is sooo good, compared to my last visit I'll be back!

SoFLo is the BEST experience I have ever had. The instructors are absolutely amazing and their instruction is phenomenal. I look forward to waking up and going to hot yoga! I would highly recommend this yoga studio.

I recently started back at hot yoga after 4 years and I am so happy I found this studio. The teachers are so wonderful and welcoming. The classes they teach are a great workout but also great for clearing your mind for an hour. I highly recommend if you’ve been wanting to try out hot yoga or find a new studio, definitely drop in for a class.
